Amazing staff, and the breakfeast and overall experience was really nice.

Beautiful hotel

Breakfast was excellent. Good freshly made coffee, variation of juices and also possible to make your own juice. Different types of eggs (scrambeled, omelette, boiled), cheeses and ham/salami etc. and pastries/cakes. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily. They also have a cooling A/C. If I should mention something it is that the mattress was a bit hard and somewhat sagging, and might need replacing soon. The shower pressure fluctuated a bit. But overall I slept very well, the beds are large and the bedding is clean. The hotel is also placed in a quiet area with a short walk to the city centre. The bar makes good drinks that you are able to order by the pool or seated area. The pool is also a big bonus, not too crowded and quiet. Staff was really lovely and friendly. Would stay here again.

I loved the juicer machine that was present at breakfast, that was a great way to get your health kick in the morning. The coffee was also excellent. The availability of drinks and snacks at the bar was excellent. The location was very good, close enough to the town but far enough away to be quiet at night. The top of the flat, square showerhead in the bathroom needed a good dusting however. It would have been nice if there had been a coffee machine in the room or tea making facilities, especially for the price we paid for the room. The cleaning staff came every day and cleaned the room, they'd often have it done between the time we left for breakfast then came back to the room after breakfast, there'd be a nicely cleaned room which was great.

We got upgraded to a beautiful suite on the top floor, with a pool!! Great breakfast, and really friendly staff! 10/10!!

Lors de notre second séjour, la chambre et la salle de bain étaient vraiment petites pour mériter 4 étoiles. Le pommeau de douche (pluie) s'est dévissé et a risqué de nous blesser.

Beautiful hotel, perfectly located in a peaceful neighborhood setting. The pool is quant and refreshing, the staff was excellent, and service was top notch. Highly recommend. Breakfast was also fantastic!

Check-in was simple and straight forward. Thank you Mikki for that after a stressful day of travel from the U.K. All members of staff, including the Receptionists, Breakfast Room and the Bar Staff that we had dealings with were polite and courteous and happy to help. Facilities were excellent, the bedroom was spacious and very clean and tidy. Despite the very high temperatures outside, we took advantage of the Spa and enjoyed the Sauna and Steam Room, both of which were invigorating and the cool relaxation area was a lovely quiet space to relax after being in both of the above The Breakfast room was light and airy and had plenty of varied hot and cold items to choose from including freshly made to order Omelettes, scrambled egg, bacon and hot dog sausages, cold meats and varied cheeses and I observed a seperate section of Glutten Free foods. My only concern was the grass area adjacent to the pool area was poorly maintained and the sun loungers in that area had an array of bird droppings stuck to the material part.

What a breath of fresh air this lovely boutique hotel was. Friendly staff, extremely clean, great bar service with reasonable prices & plenty of pool lounges around the gorgeous refreshing pool. The breakfast has everything you could want even made to order eggs & omlettes. The selection was plentiful and varied. Great freshly squeezed juices & fabulous cappuccinos. The rooms are quite large & modern and the bathroom has a walk in shower (not a step over the bath). I would recommend Hotel Palazzo Del Garda highly for your stay in Desenzano. It is a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Hotel molto bello, camera comoda e pulita, personale disponibile e gentile. Ottimo servizio la mini spa prenotabile in loco ed inclusa nella stanza. Ottima e varia la colazione. Tutto molto positivo. l'unica pecca è che le tende non sono molto oscuranti e la stanza era eccessivamente "illuminata" sin dalle prime ore del mattino.

The room was clean, though a bit on the smaller side. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The location is convenient—close to the ferry for exploring around Lake Garda. Breakfast was very good, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. The only downside was that the air conditioning in our room was not working for the entire stay. We reported the issue, but unfortunately, it was never resolved, which made the room uncomfortably warm.

Struttura molto bella e piuttosto curata, personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile,la Spa piccolina ma completa..direi quindi un piccola coccola da concedersi assolutamente.La camera molto accogliente,pulita con ogni confort con vista sul lago.La colazione?Davvero eccellente anche per noi intolleranti al lattosio
