Good price, but service was not good.

주변 경치는 좋았지반 방이 6개 밖에 없고 들판에 혼자 있는 숙소라 머물기 무서웠습니다

-Good: wonderful scenery around, good price with breakfast, clean -Bad: too small room to fit luggages in, no kitchen(no micro wave, no hot pot), thin wall(I could hear people talking outside the room)

This was by far the worst check in experience ever. You are prompted to ring a phone number upon arrival to receive your room number and code. Originally we were told we would receive an email 24 hours before - that never happened. We tried ringing the number 15 times over a few hours, never got a response. The worst part is when we arrived at least 4 other couples had the same issue. The only reason we got in was because a lovely lady earlier took a picture of the keybox numbers from the cleaners! If she wasn't there we would have been screwed. Avoid this place until the fix their entry system..

Check-in was a disaster: in the e-mail it said that we should call as soon as we arrived but no one picked up (or ever called back). After around an hour of waiting and calling unsucessfully the cleaning lady gave the key to us

The area was nice, however, me and my fiance arrived Christmas afternoon and could not reach any of the phone numbers in order to check-in. I was supposed to get an email 24 hours prior to check-in but nothing was ever sent. We ended up getting in an hour after we arrived because an attendant came by. Also, the WiFi worked for only the first day that we were there. It went out the following morning and never came back on. I could not reach the host via call or message. Terrible hospitality and no WiFi. The area was okay.

This guesthouse was a wonderful place to stay not far from Vik. The beds were comfortable and the shared amenities were nice. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom. It didn't seem to be completely cleaned between people's visits...

La propiedad muy bien, pero tuve un tema con olvidar mi cartera y estuve a las 2 hrs de salir del hospedaje hablando y luego nuevamente durante diferentes momentos del día y al día siguiente y nunca contestaron, tampoco mensajes a través que se enviaron a través de ustedes

The property reeks and hot water runs out quick . Outside view is breathtaking and attractions are very accessible.

Check in painful as I had to provide duplicate information that they already had via google forms eg my name, date of stay and booking reference. Great communal area.

This guesthouse was good location. However, our room smelled a bit strange (like bad cleaning products or urine?) and the other guests were loud (and their troubles opening their doors was amplified in the hallway). Bed was comfortable. We did see northern lights over the volcano that night, sitting in the driveway.

Cute area snuggled in a valley. Northern lights danced behind the mountain. Check in was very easy. Room was simple and efficient. Unfortunately a strong sewer smell was the first thing you notice as you walk in. If you kept the bathroom door closed in the bedroom the smell lightened almost unnoticable.

Terrible communication. Tried calling the service desk to check in for 2 hours with no answer. The manager ended up coming in person after and giving us our room. Still not sure what happened but it was very stressful and a waste of our time as we thought we would not have a place to stay for the night. As for the room, it does the job for a one night stay.

Islannissa hintataso on korkea ja tällä sijainnilla oli hankala löytää vapaata majoitusta. Hinta oli siti kova siihen nähden, että paikassa oli meluisaa jos kukaan liikkui missään käytävillä tms. ja käytävällä sekä ylhäällä yhteisessä tilassa haisi voimakkaasti tupakka. Onneks tupakka ei haissut huoneen sisällä ja ihmiset nukkuivat yöllä eivätkä kukaan täten häirinnyt toisiaan.

A very practical place to stay in a beautiful area. The rooms are clean and good for sleep. On the 2nd floor you have a place to stay and a kitchen, so everything you need.

Room very small very opening 2 bags of luggage except on beds or blocking the door. Good price but very far from Vik to drive to in the dark with extreme wind on the roads. Had to call staff (who came straight away) to close the window properly but wind still blew hard and loudly on the place all night with electrical outage in the morning (1 hr before check out). Didn’t affect most guests who were already gone. Still Good value for the price as most accommodation is much more expensive.

Our room had a smell and windows didn't open. While we were in our room, staff came in and started vacuuming, definitely not invited in.

Great location to relax, so quiet and peaceful
