아침식사는 유료이고 스파는 물상태가 좋았습니다 열쇠를 가지고 다녀야하는 불편함이 있지만 전체적으로 관리는 잘 되고있습니다

오래된 호텔임에도 정말 깨끗하고 관리가 잘되어 있었고 직원들이 정말 친절했으면 체크인때 주는 호텔주변 지도는 간결하고 일목요연하게 정리되어 있어 매우 도움이 되었다. 또 객실내 음료가 종류가 많지는 않아도 무료로 이용가능하고 온천도 역시 무료이용할 수 있을뿐 아니라 식사도 다양하고 맛도 좋았다.

Good location, friendly staff, wonderful onsen, and clean facilities.

장점 공원 옆이라 주변 유명 관광지 이용에 편리함. 직원분들이 매우 친철함. 전통식 객실은 넓어서 휴식하기에 편함. 단점. 전체 호텔시설이 너무 노후화되었음. 온천 사우나 추가요금(세금?)도 별도 부담해서 당황스러움. 온천 사우나 시설도 너무 단조롭고 노후화됨. USB 충전단자가 없어서 매우 불편했음.

가나자와 시내 주요 볼거리 장소가 전부 도보 이동 가능합니다. 호텔 가까운 거리에 커피전문점을 찾지못해 아쉬웠으나, 룸에는 캡슐커피머신이 준비되어 있더군요.

가나자와캐슬과 겐로쿠엔, 21세기 미술관 등의 관광포인트와 인접해 있어서 매우 좋았으며 조찬도 훌륭함

浪漫ルームに家族3名で宿泊しました。 　ホテルはエレベーターに古さを感じたものの、室内含めメンテナンスが行き届いていて雰囲気は良かったです。 　今回は朝食付きプランでした。バイキング形式で金沢らしいお料理が並んでおり満足できました。しかし個人的にはフルーツの種類が少いことと、入った時間が良くなかったのか補充が追いついていない印書を受けました。とはいえ、今思えばスタッフに声がけすれば良かったのかなとも思った次第です。 　金沢に縁があり、8月にもこちらに宿泊する事になりましたので、よろしくお願いいたします。

Very nice hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The free shuttle bus between the hotel and train station is worth knowing about before you arrive! It was a perfect location for exploring the historical areas in Kanazawa. We had a Japanese style room which had novelty for us, plenty of space and comfortable; although sleeping on a futon is “firm” so perfect for a short stay.

Slightly old world hotel with old fashioned decor but that's quite nice from the usual modern hotels. The onsen was good. Sauna was excellent too, especially having a TV to watch while sweating away. Breakfast was good too. It's great that the staff are attentive at breakfast but almost too much, hovering around and almost getting in the way. My only small request is that Japanese hotels all seem to say breakfast served 0700h to 1000h for example but actually start to close down 30 min or so before the end time. It's annoying and you should actually state 0930h as your closing time. It's common across all Japanese hotels so far, I've been to many now. Please stop this. I know you are keen to clear up but it's rather uncomfortable for your guests.

We had a pleasant stay. Close to Kenrokuen.

This property has a real old-world feel. Just very charming, and conveniently located.

All the stuffs served customer oriented mind and with professional knowledge.

Staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. Meals were delicious!

Aunque es un hotel antiguo , merece la pena ir, por su bonita decoración , personal muy amable y su gran onsen. El desayuno excepcional !!

Fantastic location, walking distance to kenroken garden and castle park. Twin room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Private elevator to onsen which was very good. Buffet breakfast was high quality, relaxing and staff were friendly and had good English. Checkin was trouble free and onsite parking, for a fee, was not a problem. Hotel had an older elegant vibe with nightly musical recitals in the foyer. Staff were great in all areas. Overall highly recomended and would definitely stay again.

２連泊での利用で、ホテルから歩いてすぐの兼六園の早朝の散歩がとても気持ちが良かったです。 ルームウエアが用意されていて、ソレを着て大浴場へ行くことが出来、助かりました ある程度年月が経っている建物なのかと思いますが清掃が行き届いていると感じます。清掃の方々も明るく挨拶してくださって気持ちが良かったです。 朝食はオリジナメニューが豊富で食べ過ぎる程でした。また利用したいです。
