호텔 위치는 몬테로소의 번화가 쪽 이지만... 역 기준으로 하면 꽤 거리가 있었습니다. 짐이 있어서 그런지 한 15분이상 걸린듯 하네요. 그리고 또 하나 아쉬운 것이 호텔입구로 들어가려면 계단을 올라가야 하고.. 방까지 가는것도 호텔에 엘레베이터가 없어서 또 계단을 이용해야 합니다 ㅠ 다행히 체크인때에는 직원분들께서 짐을 방까지 들어주셔서 다행이었는데 이게 항상 들어다 주시는건지는 정확하지 않네요.. 체크아웃때는 그냥 직접 짐 날랐습니다ㅠ 호텔 시설은 깔끔한 편 이어서 괜찮았습니다. 조식도 종류도 괜찮고 직원분들도 엄청 친절하셨습니다. 호텔에 엘레베이터만 있었으면 전반적으로 괜찮았어서 추천을 마구 했을텐데 이 점이 제일 아쉬웠습니다.

Clean but small room, good water pressure, friendly staff and great breakfast included. Also offered to store luggage for the day and included towels to bring down to the beach on request.

The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a good spot near all the restaurants and shopping. The rooms are large with enough space for your bags. The interiors of the rooms are modern and up-to-date. Would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Nice hotel, somewhat of a hike from the train station. Room was very small. To keep the lights on you have to insert hotel key, the bathroom light stays on when we did that so we pulled the key to sleep but them none of the plugs worked so nothing charged overnight. Staff was very kind! Nice breakfast with price of our room.

Good location. Tricky to find for first time. Close to Resturants and shopping. Rooms are modern. Not overall big but adequate.

Great staff, Patricia was great! Very convenient, close to everything. Ask Patricia for restaurants in the area, she gave us great restaurants to try. The room I chose a room was extremely small but it was clean. The room looked bigger on the pics. FYI: you cannot park in Monterosso, so there is a parking lot about 1/2 mile from hotel or less. You have to carry your luggage to hotel and the hotel has no elevator. But had a great time is it centrally located.

We really enjoyed morning breakfast and coffee outside with a beautiful view.

Fortunately able to check in upon arrival and store our things. Very gracious and accommodating. Very, very clean. Breakfast was amazing!

The breakfast and staff very good. There is no elevator or anyone to asist with luggage.

Everything was so nice and the staff was welcoming and accommodating. I wish we could have stayed longer, but our schedule was tight. What a wonderful stay!

Perfect place to have the real 5 terre experience. Feels like a local home, with the great service of a hotel. One of this places that you can feel things are still done with love (beside the intense tourism flooding of Monterosso)

Hotel was clean and rooms compact. Breakfast had an amazing selection and catered well for out Gluten free friend. Hotel has its own bar, offers beach towels for free. Staff are helpful and friendly. Great location in the older part of Monterosso where all the eateries, shops and bars are. There are steep steps to hotel and several flights of stairs to reach rooms, which wouldn't be suitable for people with mobility problems. Overall a great stay.
