매우 넓은 방과 별도의 추가 보조 베드까지 제공되는 휼륭한 호텔이었습니다. 최신식 호텔은 아니었지만 편안한 휴식을 즐기기에는 부족함이 없었습니다. 아침식사도 나쁘지 않았어요. 가족들에게 좋은 호텔 일것 같아요

There is a room has no window!!!! We felt we are trapped... like a jail. Dark. Hot. Small.... crazy.... We wouldn't stay if we knew it. I almost felt it's scam cuase they won't let us know until we check in. I dont recommend it.

Hotel was nice and clean. Very close to Pompei ruins. Staff were kind. But what I really dissapointed was staff gave me a wrong information about the airport bus stop. I was struggled to find where to get on a bus. They seemed very sure about the “wrong” bus stop. I still dont get it.

전용 주차장이 매우 안전했고, 폼페이 유적지와 가까워 편리함. 조식은 보통이나 레스토랑에서 폼페이 유적지를 볼수 있어서 좋았음.

폼페이 유적 바로 옆에 위치해서 정말 좋습니다. 심지어 4층 카페에서 폼페이 유적에 일몰을 감상하실 수 있습니다. 객실은 청결하지만, 방음이 잘 안되서 길거리 소음이 제법 들렸습니다. 새벽에 사람들 소리 차소리로 늦잠자기는 힘들것 같습니다. 이불대신 담요를 사용합니다. 조식은 커피가 매우 맛있지만, 많은 메뉴를 제공하지는 않습니다.

The property is well-maintained and clean. Although my room wasn’t the most visually appealing, it was tidy and properly kept. The breakfast staff were exceptional—friendly and welcoming to all guests. Overall, the service was satisfactory for the majority of my stay. However, I encountered an issue with the transportation to the airport. I was initially quoted a fare of €80-90, but the car service arranged by the hotel charged nearly double that amount. When I contacted the hotel to inquire about this discrepancy and seek assistance, I was told that I should resolve the issue myself, as "we don’t own the taxi company." This response was disappointing, especially since the transportation option was recommended by the hotel. Given this, I would not consider my experience reflective of a four-star standard of service.

Nous sommes arrivés tard mais l’accueil a été très sympathique et nous avons pu profiter du parking sécurisé. Belle chambre, salle de bain un peu petite mais pour une nuit c’est suffisant. L’atout de cette hôtel est sa proximité immédiate des ruines de Pompéi que nous avons pu visiter le matin sans trop d’attente.

Extensive exterior refurb meant lots of scaffolding and the breakfast room looking over the ruins was closed which was disappointing. Standard room with single beds pushed together which isn’t ideal. Air con was excellent as was breakfast. Shower was at best functional, needing a soak in limescale remover to unblock the head. I would stay here again but would consider an upgraded room.

Booked a quick trip to Pompei and this hotel was excellent!

I would like to start off by saying this is a bait and switch. Portion of the room an are done so me are fun down. We were given a room that did not lol like the one we made a reservation for. Up on arrival, t hey switched our room. I felt targeted and not appreciated. The view was over looking steel ledge wh I h was not part of our original reservations. I at very sad to be treated with such disgrace

Clean, great staff, excellent location to restaurant, local ruins, very safe,!!

Points négatifs : Une chambre sale : cheveux partout, calcaire dans la douche, draps sentant mauvais. Et désuète : murs abîmés, les fenêtres laissaient passer l’air et le bruit comme si elles étaient grandes ouvertes alors que nous les avions fermées. Avec un service médiocre : deux petits échantillons de gel douche pour se laver, aucun geste pour les travaux en cours alors que nous avions payé plein tarif. Points positifs : Le petit déjeuner de l’hôtel est très bon et copieux. La localisation (juste en face de l’entrée des ruines) avec beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité et la place Bartolo Longo très agréable.
