실제 호텔은 사진과 다릅니다 로비에 영어를 못하는 사람이 있습니다 루프탑 없습니다 방음 안됩니다 주변에 식사,술을 먹을 수 없습니다

깨끗하고 넓은 방은 가족들과 여행하기에 편하고 좋았습니다. 단, 과나후아토 중심과는 거리가 조금 떨어져있어 차로 이동해야했고, 방으로 갈 때 미로같은 계단을 많이 지나야해서 길을 잃을뻔도 했어요..ㅎㅎ 이것만 빼면 모든게 편안하고 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

Lugar bien ubicado, muy buena atención del staff muy amables. Un hotel viejo con instalaciones viejas pero está bien.

Camas muy duras, falta ventilación en el baño y el ducto se conecta con el baño del piso de arriba y se escucha todo el ruido. No tiene estacionamiento en la propiedad.

Lo malo es el estacionamiento, esta lejos del hotel y es tedioso estarse trasladando

The hotel itself is beautiful. But the telephones in the rooms did not work the air condition was not working in some of the rooms. The Wi-Fi was horrible. I was traveling with my three children and my parents and my grandma and I called before to ask for our rooms to be closer and not too far to the elevator due to my grandmother‘s wheelchair. When we got there, they got a little confused and my grandma was put in a room that it was not wheelchair accessible.. that was very kind and helped us move eventually. But when we move to a different rooms, the phones and the heater was not working. The rooms should really have a fridge and a coffee maker it was inconvenient not to have either one. Also, some of the towels like they have been in these use for the past 10 years.

Hotel en un lugar tranquilo pero necesitas transporte para llegar a las zonas turísticas de la ciudad Delicioso desayuno buffet

El estacionamiento estaba algo retirado de el alojamiento , mi cuarto literal me lo dieron lejísimos de la entrada súper lejos , y mi habitación olía demasiado a humedad , el personal es muy amable eso sí , pero en cuestión de cercanía y amenidades de el hotel yo me quedaría en otro lugar ya para mi siguiente visita

Fue fácil estacionarse La cama estaba muy dura En la noche no duraba casi el agua caliente en la regadera En la noche ya no tienen servicio de cocina ,ni en la tarde

Una de las Srta de recepción pésimo servicio, en la habitación se escucha todo lo de las demás habitaciones. Fuera de la recepción, todo el demás personal con muy buena actitud.
