Couldn't be happier with our stay! The entire staff was wonderful. Breakfast was as expected, when we checked in, they explained to us how breakfast worked. I see a lot of complaints about it only being waffles. Well, they tell you on the paper they give you at check in that Monday through Friday. It's just a standard cold breakfast, Saturday and Sunday are continental breakfast. Our room was cold. The refrigerator was cold. The microwave worked great. The pool was clean. The entire hotel was clean and my son and I had a wonderful two night stay.

Breakfast consisted of cereals, waffles, and yogurt. Not much else was offered.

I don’t normally complain. This is the worse stay. Room have a bad smell. Water pressure in the shower was terrible. don’t know what happened in the closet. Cannot even use it. The wall up close to the ceiling was dirty or it might have been a mold. Not sure. But I am not happy with my stay.

Our room wasn’t ready well after the check in time. Toilet in the bathroom had very loose handle, partner had to fix it multiple times. Other than that, staff was friendly and room was clean.

Our stay was actually amazing! The staff greeted us and informed us of all the amenities they have available. I loved the complimentary breakfast.

Seems like owner is nickle dimming on everything. Low water pressure, low light in room, small low quality soap, no AC in hallways which made it smelling like mold

Decent stay and well priced.

Inadequate lighting in the room. Key constantly didn’t work. No sheets or blanket for the pullout sofa. The only good thing about this place was the lady that worked the day shift. She was very helpful and professional.

Pictures are nothing like what you see in person. Literally walked into our room and walked out willingly to take a loss on the room because there was no way we would be sleeping there. Spoke to a representative and was refunded $100 from total stay. Wasn’t looking for a refund but just letting them know they need to update their pictures because it’s false advertisement. Smells, furniture was dirty. Couldn’t pay me to stay here. By far the biggest disappointment. Ended up booking a different hotel.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and provided what we need for a day of stay. Breakfast doesn't provide a lot of different items. Key cards to our room failed 2 times and had to go to front desk twice to have the keycards re-programmed twice.

The first room they gave us was full of Mold on the ceiling and smelled bad. Dirty stains were everywhere on the carpet. Then we asked to change the room. The second room still had Mold on the ceiling and mold in the shower. The girl at the front desk doesn't seem happy when we ask for a room change. She told us that they don't have many rooms available to change, and the rooms with mold will be given to someone else after us. Stay away from this place. The hotel is old. From the outside, many missing tiles. Inside, the room was moldy and smelled bad. They know their room has mold, but they will let customers stay in the Moldy room anyway to make money. This is a serious health hazard violation.

I enjoyed that the room was cold and not humid. Aside from that, the whole hotel smelled dirty, the elevator seemed unstable and was out of order for an entire afternoon, the toilet paper in our room was not changed, we were only given 3 towels for four adults, there was no shampoo or conditioner in the room, and the breakfast was not good. Staff was kind.
