A beautiful, if not a little dated, property. Right on the water, adjacent to walking trails and stunning views of the St. Lawrence River and ferry port. The hotel is classic. A comfortable, old world style place. The rooms are well kept, although the bathrooms couldnuse an update. Parking is easy, but the property can be tricky to get to. Worth a stay if you're in Baie Comeau.

La qualité du ménage n’y était pas. On voit la volonté de rénovation dans la chambre mais rien n’est terminé. Toutefois, la vue au réveil sur le fleuve est magnifique.

Chambre désuète très sale. Plancher sale (énormément de graines et de cheveux) La salle de bain était dans un état pitoyable. Toilette sale (traces d’excréments), bain et douche tachés. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière partout dans la chambre. Entretien inacceptable et très cher pour une chambre des années 70-80.

Très bon repas au bistro de l'hôtel ! Chambre de grande qualité!

Chambre 219 Lavabo et bain qui ne se vide pas, terminé ma douche avec de l’eau aux chevilles. Séchoir non fonctionnel Matelas qui devrait être remplacé. Emplacement vraiment magnifique.

Main stairway to front door was not illuminated after dark, so I told receptionist who said it was on a timer and nothing she could do. Lots of hot water in evening but only cold in the morning.

On peut ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre et profiter de l’air marin. Air climatisé silencieux et fonctionnel. Eau chaude en abondance. Lit confortable; literie douillette et propre. Manque d’insonorisation; heureusement les voisins se sont couchés tôt. La porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas et celle de l’entrée fermait difficilement.

love the unique architecture and the view. it's very clean and tidy, staff are friendly. the restaurant at the hotel is the best in town.

Bel hôtel quoiqu’un peu désuet au niveau des chambres du secteur où nous étions. Lit confortable et bien situé.

Best hotel in the area. Note that there are no housekeeping services if you stay several days. Understandable because they seemed sold out.

What a hotel! View was amazing! Food was fantastic. Wish I got our servers name for dinner last night he was super helpful. We don’t speak French at all and everybody was awesome with helping us through everything. The patio for dinner and drinks was out of this world!
