All the hotel staff were top notch and wonderful. The room was not so great. It stayed freezing cold. The floors were sticky and wet feeling and my clothes that I hung up in the closet were damp feeling the next day. There were watermelon seeds everywhere on the floor and just didn't look swept or mopped and just overall didn't feel like it was as clean as it could.

Staff was amazing! They were so helpful and sweet. They all deserve raises! We would’ve like for the outside pool to have been up and running but either way we really enjoyed our weekend!

Have stayed here before. My only complaint is laminate floors in rooms so you hear everything person above you is doing.

All of the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Lynda in particular made my day and my trip. What a great person all around. Actually had a great experience even though I was here for a close relatives memorial.

Checked in late, 10:30 PM, room looks to be clean as the entire facility does.

This was a great stay. The rooms were wonderful, the a/c worked perfect, good hot water with very good water pressure and comfortable beds. The breakfasts were great as well, and Ms. Lynda and her crew are quick to make sure you have everything you need. It was also walking distance to several restaurants. The only down side was if you're in room 220, you have the music from the bar below you to keep you company until 11pm. Not horrible, but pretty loud.

Staff was amazing. Stayed fir two nights and staff reminded us of all the th I nga going on and about the breakfast times. We had family from town visit us and the staff at the bar served food all the up to closing time and clean up time. So friendly and attentive. Even the morning staff that helped people at breakfast were just as helpful and attentive. Everyone was so nice and made the visit great!
