When I went there was construction and why is there a $30 resort fee? This does not have the amenities of a resort. I like the location

The service should be better, and the employees need to be more friendly. However, the property is in good condition and is confortable.

We checked in and were sent to “our” room. When I opened the door to the room and walked in, it was occupied by a family who had been there a couple days already. The front desk was as surprised as we were. They gave us a new room but no upgrades or discount for the terrible situation we were just put in. The shower water pressure was that of a garden hose and the water was barely like warm. The bed sheets had stains covering them and the blankets. The parking was extremely limited and unsafe. For the price of the hotel we were extremely disappointed

The staff has been so attentive and wonderful. Very clean room. Definitely a recommend!

Staff was super friendly but the room smelled musty and there was a day party going on lasting all day into the evening and it was unreasonably loud.

$40 for parking in an unsafe area and $20 plus tip for 2 beers was ridiculous.

We like how they keep as much of the original construction and blended it with modern. Very clean and comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel, but our room had several issues that impacted our stay. The air conditioning did not cool properly, and the presence of a large Dyson fan suggested that the hotel was previously aware of this problem but still gave us the room. Since we were only staying for one night, I decided not to mention it to the staff. On a positive note, the shuttle driver was friendly and very accommodating, which made our experience better. However, we also encountered issues with the shower's water pressure and difficulty in heating the water to a comfortable temperature-water was colder than we expected. Self parking is not an option in their lot-you are forced to valet at a high rate. Overall, while our stay was decent, I believe there are other hotels at this price point that offer higher-quality rooms and amenities.

We did not know this building was under construction and has been for 1 year. Scaffolding is all around the exterior, as we woke to works in front of our windows on level 6 looking out to downtown. The hotel should offer a discount, but won’t because they say “you booked thru a 3rd party” Expedia should be letting people know??? $430 per night, for a hotel under construction? NEVER AGAIN
