Nice BBQ party and fantastic festival

Very nice hotel in a lovely location, everyone of the staff were so helpful and friendly, lovely cooked breakfast, very nice room with nice furniture and well decorated. They were so popular that parking was a bit difficult at times but that was a only a minor problem.

Surprised there was no check on whether you were staying or eating at the hotel before you could use the car park. When I arrived there were only 2 spaces left in a large parking area so I managed to park, but only just.

Lovely stay at this little gem of a hotel, staff were friendly, very helpful and polite. Breakfast service was very good, and evening dinner was high quality. Bar / restaurant always busy with customers. My room was upgraded and was lovely, comfortable and i really enjoyed my stay for 3 nights. New bathroom with really nice local organic toiletries. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for solos or couples, plenty of car park spaces, and local to New Forest, Bournemouth and is even good for a quick visit to the Isle of Wight. 100% recommendation.

Everything about my stay was wonderful. I thoroughly recommend the hotel and the restaurant facilities. The location is amazing overlooking the ocean. Also extremely dog friendly which I loved.

Great stay

Excellent from check in and having my bag carried upstairs to my room, and check out after an excellent breakfast. The hotel is within walking distance to the beach with fab views. 4 minute walk to co op for room snacks. The menu was great and

Everything was great, especially the views of sea and the Needles from the room and restaurant/bar below. Highly recommended.

Couldn’t wish for anything more for a one night stay. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The young staff were efficient and friendly. The food was of a good standard. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed my stay here, lovely staff, great food and cocktails and a great location, Shame the sea view I paid extra for was mainly blocked by a gazebo, but I think it's just there for Christmas. I would definitely stay here again!

Rooms are very comfortable, clean and nicely dressed. We found all the staff very helpful from check in to the waiting staff, every time, nothing was a problem. I must say the food is of great quality, breakfast is superb with great ingredients and as for the beef roast 😘tremendous !! Second time we’ve stayed here and will again. Well done team on the service and quality consistently. Highly recommend!!!

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We were only there one night but if it had been longer storage was a little on the thin side. Breakfast was nice well cooked.

Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Direct access from outside is a bonus. Jordan and his team were so friendly from the moment we arrived. Dinner was glorious.
