리스본 산타 아폴로니아에서 5분 거리이고, 우버를 이용할 경우, 호텔이 골목길 안쪽에 있기 때문에 다소 헤맬수는 있습니다. 하지만 조식이 상당히 훌륭하고 호텔에서의 경치도 아름답습니다. 가격은 조금 높은 편이나 바다뷰에서 숙박하시길 추천합니다. 저는 3박 4일 지냈습니다.

로마 피렌체 바르셀로나를 통틀어 가장 좋은 숙소 리스본 대성당과 가까우며 파두 공연장 등에도 가까움 직원들이 매우 친절하며 요청사항에 대해 즉각 대응해줌 방의 크기는 조금 작으나 아늑하며, 공용/개인 테라스에서 바다를 볼 수 있어 굉장히 좋았음.

숙소뷰도 정말 아름다웠고 리스본에 대한 좋은 추억을 만들어주는 숙소였습니다. 다음에 리스본을 방문할때 또 이용할 계획입니다

숙소 뷰가 너무 좋습니다. 호텔에서 하루 푹 쉬고 싶을때 머무르면 너무 좋을 곳입니다. 다만 리스본에서 구석진 위치라 택시를 타고 이동해야 했습니다. 뷰도 훌륭하고 직원도 친절, 조식도 너무 맛있지만- 가격에 비해 방은 좁은 편 같네요.

객실이 너무 좁아요 한국 모텔 보다도 좁은거 같아요 짐 둘 곳이 거의 없구요 직원들도 그렇게 친절하다는걸 못느꼈어요 위치도 그렇게 좋진 않은듯 해요 알파마지구에 있는데 언덕이라 무조건 차로 가셔야 가장 편하구요 뷰도 좋을 줄 알았는데 너무 별로더라구요 가격대비 진짜 별로네요 ㅜㅜ 가격은 비싼데 마지막 여행지였는데 너무 별로 였어요

정말 만족 합니다. 리스본에 숙박을 원하시는 분은 적극 추천 합니다. 시설도 깨끗하고 무엇보다 직원분들 엄청 친절 합니다. 스페인에서 3곳에 호텔을 이용 했는데 여기 보다 친절하고 마음에 드는곳은 없었습니다. 바로 뒤 유명한 FADO 가게가 있는데 예약이 꽉 찬 상태에서 혹시나 물어봤는데 친절하게 당일 예약을 할수 있었습니다. 다시 한번 직원 분께 감사합니다.

정말 너무 너무 너무 만족했던 호텔이에요. 친절한 직원과 아름다운 뷰 그리고 무엇보다 정갈한 인테리어까지 완벽했습니다.

호시우광장이나 피게이라광장 주변에 비해 찾아가기는 힘들었다. 그러나 마치 바다처럼 넓은 테주강과 알파마지구가 한눈에 보이는 전망은 다른 호텔과 비교할 바가 아니었다. 또 호텔앞에 유명한 28번트램 등 대중교통이 있고, 대성당도 가까와 좋았다.

알파마 지구 안에 위치해서 해당 지역 관광 면에서 좋았습니다. 다만 위치가 좀 찾아가기 어려운 곳에 있습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃 부대시설 설명 등 직원들이 특히 친절했습니다.

방과 경치도 맘에 들지만 아침 조식이 굉장히 깔끔하고 맛있었습니다. 주변 음식점도 맛있고 관광지가 많아 좋았습니다.

Pros: Excellent and helpful staff, always willing to help out with anything and any questions. 24 hour desk, so staff always there to help at any time. Clean hotel, well maintained and a wonderful terrace and pool, with lovely views of the town and river, although cruise ships were often moored to obscure some of the view of the river. Nice and strong shower in the room, always with hot water. Bed was comfortable with lots of lovely pillows. Cons: Breakfast was a bit hit or miss. It was more style over substance. Limited amounts of the choices on offer. One kettle between all the guests, which was not topped up very frequently. Also, on a couple of occasions, they ran out of spoons and all the guests had to wait quite a long time for them to be replaced. The fruit also ran out frequently as well. These issues were not down to getting to breakfast late either, we had breakfasts at varying times. Often there was only one member of staff at breakfast, who would frequently disappear into the kitchen for long periods. The sink tap in the room would reduce to a trickle if you wanted hot water, this was quite surprising in a 4-star hotel. Be aware that the hotel is at the end of a dead-end cobbled road and not all taxi drivers will drive down there.

Room size is a bit small.

This must be up there as one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Location is second to none. Staff were exemplary- nothing was too much trouble for them and the service was amazing. All very friendly and helpful. An oasis in the best area of Lisbon. I loved the fact that they had nothing plastic. Everything was reusable and environmentally friendly. Can’t recommend enough.

Die freundlichen Mitarbeiter und die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Altstadt waren unschlagbar.

Nice hotel with the huge exception that our room’s windows view were 90% blocked by the roof mansard, so we got some light, but absolutely no view whatsoever. I asked to change rooms immediately after seeing room and they indicated they did not have another available. My issue is that with my room selection made through your website was made with no indication of this result of no view and anyone who selects a room should get a discount for this particular room. Very unhappy.
