Bathroom was dirty, had hair all over the floor and shower floor was brown and gross. Sink was cracked and room smelled terrible.

First let me say that Liz, the front desk receptionist was amazing! She was so kind and took very good care of us! The morning receptionist however seemed short with me just when I asked a question and was not so nice. Also, half way through our getting ready in the morning they turned off the water and we were not notified.

The room was very clean. The front workers were very friendly. The breakfast was pretty awesome! The gentleman that made the breakfast was very helpful and sweet

The room was great, the breakfast was awesome for a free breakfast. However the person at the front desk wasn't the friendliest. It was like she didn't like her job or was having a bad day. The pool was really cold. Staff was told of the problem. Nothing was done about it. I suspect the pool heater was not working. We were really disappointed, because the whole reason I booked at this location was because of the indoor pool. My grand kids were with us and they love to swim.

Clean and convenient to our destinations .

You got the best stuff

Just did a stay-cation with the kids. We go to random hotels and kids swim and go do something in that area to get us all out the house for a day without electronics. The kids really enjoyed this hotel

We stayed 3 nights, 1st night toliet was not working and couldn't get front desk person to answer phone for service and then didn't want to do anything about it. After resolved room was ok, it needed a deep clean. Window coverings had blood stains on them and floors in corners and around edges were very dirty.

Had to wait for a room because “towels weren’t ready” but after she told me there was none she proceeded to check in 20 other people so we had to wait on a room till 4:45 not impressed especially when I was here since 2:40

Hotel was nice, close to lots of food. Near to highway without noise. Pool was cold but the hot tub was nice. Really enjoyed the breakfast

I absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing and very helpful. I was able to extend my checkout time as my 3 yr old toddler had surgery at 6am they allowed me to checkout at 12:30. Allowed me to be abke to go back and rest before heading back home a 4 hr drive. This will be the go to for my family and I.

Easy access and helpful friendly staff made my stay very enjoyable.

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times for basketball stuff. The last time we stayed, things were mostly good. I think the only thing that went wrong was never getting towels I requested. This time, was mostly good. There’s some discrepancy in the pool hours. Online it says 10, but signs by the pool say a later time. Another boy that stayed there said he stayed until 11 the first night but they were told to leave the pool at. 10:30. Not a big deal but consistency would be nice. Beware of the toilet in 311. It doesn’t work. It takes 2-3 times to flush a #1. We just dealt with it because I knew the hotel was completely booked. No other rooms were available - or so I was told when I asked for an early check-in. None of the bathrooms have ventilation so I bring a fan along. The rooms are clean and it’s located in a nice area. Kids tried to use the WiFi to game and couldn’t get it to connect - even using a ethernet cable. It’s got a fridge and a microwave and I really appreciate those amenities when we travel

Great check in experience, clean room, good breakfast. Storms rolled thru the area and all of the sudden we had a waterfall in the room. Made the best out of it - Following morning Informed the front desk about the roof/ceiling leaks and within 30 mins they had crews working on it.
