작은 레스토랑같은 호텔 일층. 리셉션도 따로 없고 카운터가 겸하고 있었다. 잘못 찾아간 줄 알고 돌아나오는데 호텔맞다고함. 예약했던 디럭스룸을 주니어 스위트로 업그레이드 해주었으나 완전 한국 미용실 같은 분위기. 정신 사나워 혼남. 나름 스텝은 친절했으나 도대체 왜 4성급으로 분류될 수 있었는지 엄청 궁금. 주변은 트램 정류장 가깝고 쇼핑센터 바로 앞. 또 KODE 브뤼겐 다 걸어 갈 수 있는 거리라 편리하긴 하다.

I'm really satisfied with this hotel about the breakfast, the location, and so on. Only one thing I'm unsatisfied is there was no complimentary bottle of water, compared to the other hotels.

Perfectly located next to AirPort Express bus (hard to find but just down the hill on right after you pass fish market). Really nice rooms, they are well-appointed and feel great even though small. Very helpful staff and nice morning breakfast.

Et flott lite hotell, men dette er ikke stedet for folk som synes glassvegg mellom dusj/toalett og oppholdsrom er ugreit. Riktignok er glasset frostet i en stripe midt på, men det gir i svært mange tilfeller ikke tilfredsstillende privatliv. Slike vegger gir heller ikke tilfredsstillende lydisolering eller skjerming av lys for de sovende dersom man må opp midt på natta.

Great location near the city center could easily walk to shops, restaurants and the bus to the Ulriken cable car. We were able to check in early to the hotel, around noon, and pay a small extra fee ($10 US) for late check out (1 pm) the next day. Breakfast was amazing: lots of hot and cold choices.

Clean modern hotel with wonderful staff and a fantastic central location.

Not the best hotel really, poor breakfast, boring in general with no bar. The light in the room was poor and the room didn’t feel comfy. Like no love was put in to it. The breakfast felt a bit low standard. I expected more from this place

Det var eit veldig koseleg, og unikt rom, med flotte farger som gleda. At det låg så sentralt, og likevel var nokså stille var fantastisk. Frukosten var god, og eg koste meg på hotellet

Location is very convenient, room is nice but lots of issues : 1)- thermostat doesn’t work well, room either too hot or too cold. Notify staff and nothing was done. 2)- Mirror in bathroom if too dark and not useable. 3)- Staff on weekend has no knowledge of anything else except checking in and our for guests. 4)- Breakfast is nice but eating in the dark and low ceiling basement is not a way to start your day. 5)- management is completely out of touch on the weekend.

Good location. Good breakfast. Clean room. Good value.

The first room’s door wouldn’t lock. We had to move. The rooms were both very warm and we were unable to cool the room down. Was a nice little room, but slept poorly due to excessive warmth. Fridge don’t work either. The staff was as helpful as they could be due to strike.
