전반적으로 숙박에 만족 합니다. 해변가라 View가 너무 멋있고, 아침식사도 괜찮았습니다. 다음번에 묵고 싶고, 친구들에게도 추천할 생각입니다.

Vacances mère/fille à Tanger, l’hôtel est au top, au calme et isolé. Petit déjeuner au top, et dîner également au restaurant Jawhara. Juste pour chipoter la piscine pourrait être chauffée.

L’hôtel ne mérite pas la note de 8 qu’il a, je lui donnerai au mieux un 5, Nous sommes arrivés 1h après l’heure d’arrivée, avons attendu 30mn le temps d’être enregistrés et on nous a demandé d’attendre pour confirmer que la chambre est prête… Les vitres de la chambre ne sont pas insonorisés on aurait cru passer nos nuits dehors c’est insupportable, quand nous avons appelé pour demander si c’était normal, on nous a dit qu’on nous rappellerait, appel qui n’est jamais arrivé… La piscine intérieure est payante.. les bouteilles d’eau qu’on nous donnait quotidiennement sont ridiculement petites, les points positifs : la chambre est grande et propre, le petit déjeuner est sympa & le spa, mention spéciale pour Aïcha qui était plus qu’à la hauteur et qui nous a fait apprécier notre séjour avec sa sollicitude et sa bienveillance lors de notre passage au spa, merci

The staff were all amazing, very welcoming and professional. The view is stunning, we got upgraded to a sea view suite and balcony was great. They left blankets as it gets a little chilly on early May nights. The breakfast was pleasant, we stayed 2 days and the items were different with great variety, thank you for that. The place is luxurious, but it needs updating specially the towels, they were worn out and didn’t belong to this beautiful place. Also the carpet and couches are outdated. That said the location and staff made it all ok in the end. I would definitely come back because of both. Very grateful for the upgrade and the suite was huge.

Worse hotel in tangier

The staff at this hotel is super friendly and nice, but the hotel itself is a mess. We ended up switching hotels. The walls were dirty and had human scratch marks, our doorknob was falling off, the bathroom tiles were cracked, the trim was peeling away from the wall, the carpets were stained, the balcony doors stick so bad, and we tried two different rooms with the same issues. I don’t like saying bad things, but I wish someone had written an honest review before I booked this hotel. The pictures are deceiving. The staff was very nice, but that doesn’t make up for the broken state of the hotel.

The hotel in very good area and very clean, good breakfast and the staff very polite and helpful.

Dans l'offre ils disent entrée SPA offerte, au Checkin ils disent que c'est pas offert. La chambre sur la vue montagne n'est pas insonorisé et on entend toute la nuit les chiens qui aboient et les motocycles qui passent à 3h et 4h du matin. Le lit est grand mais le matelas est petit par rapport au dessous en bois et on frappe le pied à chaque fois. La douchette ne marchait pas. La boite de mouchoirs fallait la demander à 3 reprises. Le technicien coupe l'electricité sur tout l'hotel à 9h du matin et les ascenseurs stoppés sans prévenir et le service breakfast suspendu pour une demi heure, pas d'omlette vu la plaque est electrique. Hotel sans animation ni resturant la nuit. Le chauffage est trop fort. Un receptionniste est tellement froid que j ai fait mon checkout à 9h du matin le lendemain sans regret! A eviter!

L’hôtel a été parfait du début à la fin. La chambre était très confortable, propre et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuner était complet et délicieux. Le personnel a été accueillant et professionnel. Je recommande vivement cet établissement

Alt var tip top, personalet var super søde, buffen var godt. MEN, toiletterne og badværelserne var i virkelig dårlig tilstand..vi og vores venne par skiftet værelser flere gang da badværelserne ikke fungeret. Det var virkelig ærgerlig, det giver ikke indtrykket af det er en fem stjernes hotel. Generelt så burde hotellet ikke have mere end 4 stjerner, værelserne mangkede ting som glass og kopper.. intet i minbaren..

Le personnel avec qui j'ai eu affaire a été très sympathique et à disposition. Vraiment des personnes adorables qui font de leur mieux pour que nous passions un agréable séjour.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants. I would happily stay here again.

Personalen va trevliga, har en bra turkisk bad,frukostbuffén var bra men maten på restaurang var inte alls bra, o gymmet är så där.

While the staff was helpful and patient, the condition of the property is abysmal. Dirty carpets, leaky air conditioners, unclean rooms, the list goes on. If you want a hotel that feels clean and modern, this one is not for you. The hotel, specifically the hotel room floors need significant rehab.
