Property is ok. Nothing special but nice. Check-in process was confusing and staff not particularly helpful.

Very clean. I appreciate the new coffee maker when I requested it. Hats off to all staff in a very busy 4 th of July.

The property had a lot of great activities.

I will be back for sure. The only comment I have is that their pull out couch is very bad and uncomfortable. Everything else is good.

The property was beautiful. The pools, beach and restaurants were great. Our room was ok, the kitchen was not equipped for cooking and it was not the cleanest. Housekeeping did not come once and we stayed for 5 nights.

Good. These had a little distance from parking to room door.

Amazing property by the beach. We stayed lil far from the main villa. Even that area had its own pool and restaurant. Apartment was clean and spacious. Definitely recommend stay here

Rented condo , very spacious, clean, upscale for the price . Spring prices very good . Resort fee is a negative, especially for that time of year you’re away from the main areas where the mansion is ( pool , etc) and it’s likely to keep me from staying there again.

Great location to visit Brewster area. Close to beaches, bike trail & dining. We’ve stayed here many times at different units depending on our party size & always love the complex. I know what to expect & just love the area. This time we only stayed one night, one bedroom, queen bed good price.

Returned for another stay because we like this resort but was disappointed with the poor reception at check in. A simple hello or welcome to the hotel would be expected. “I need an ID and credit card” is not a proper greeting for the hospitality industry… We were not offered a map or invited to use the facilities or asked if we were familiar with them. There was no one else waiting to check in, so no excuse. Staff needs training.

We were able to check in early which was great. The Villages area is quiet and about a half mile from the main Ocean Edge resort. The room was lovely but for the price we paid for one night a paper towel or napkin in the kitchen area would have been nice. We had to use bath towels for our lunch. Not great. The indoor pool nearest to us was closed for cleaning at 2:30 on a beautiful Saturday with no staff on site. I asked at check in if it was open and we were assured it was ready for guests. Long walk for nothing! Lovely grounds and near restaurants and beach. Beautiful grounds and beach but make sure you check the tides if you plan to swim!

I paid Expedia the room fee, but now Ocean Edge is charging us on top of the fee

The accommodation on a previous stay at the Villages at Oceans Edge was better. This unit had severely stained upholstered furniture and drapes. The overall property is beautiful with a great location but we were disappointed in the furnishings…. Need to be cleaned or replaced.

Checking in during this time of year is actually 1/4 mile down the street. There was no sign stating this. The room was cold and heat not turned on. I could hear my neighbor’s TV better than mine and all their conversations. The setting is nice but I won’t stay here again.

The atmosphere was amazing and the workers were extremely kind. I would love to visit again!

There were some minor issues that we brought to the staff's attention. We trust they will be corrected for future guests.
