Pros: Location: Great. 3 mins walk to the beachfront. Walkable to eateries. Room: Spacious and amazing air-conditioning. Breakfast: Buffet is good. Pate is a must try. (not enough table sittings especially with tour groups). Cons: Reception: English is to the most minimum unless you can converse in Mandarin, Russian or Vietnamese. Google translate is required. You are required to leave to your original passports at reception the entire stay (this is only stated in the room booklet) and was not mentioned in the policy in hotel’s description. Opt for a photocopy of it just in case. I don't know the reason for such policy for this hotel and was not explained properly or satisfactory. Noise level is unbearable on our last 2 days so the room is not soundproof to any kind of door slamming and people talking on top of their lungs. Rooms were not cleaned even when there was “Make Up Room” sign was up for 2 days in a row. Don’t forget to bring the proper adapters. (we asked for it 4-5 times and only got it on the second day) As per request, you are required to put down a 100,000VND as deposit.(was not mentioned in the room booklet) Do remember to collect deposit upon check out. Overall, it is a good stay just need some improvements.

Khách sạn gần biển và trung tâm, nhân viên thân thiện, giúp đỡ khách nhiệt tình, đồ ăn sáng ngon và phong phú. Tuy nhiên không nên thuê xe máy tại khách sạn, xe không được tốt.
