Very nice employees, from concierge to guards, utilities, housekeeping. Our Rooms are great, there is fireworks show in front of our room. Only 1 issue, CR has no bidet. But everything is great. Hope they will have a new yr countdown party also. Thanks, we'll definitely book again.

Very accessible located at the heart of the city. Staff are very accommodating and courteous. Buffet breakfast is really good. Looking for value for money, book with mandarin. 👌👍

Incomplete toiletries for a superior room. Called their front desk but still needs to connect with the operator and their operation do not answer for several attempts. Requested 2 room keys but they refuse to give us extra and provided only 1.

As usual, the lobby and rooms are in sparkling condition. The room curtain rails tend to come off when you slide them, as experienced over multiple stays there over the last 3 years. Need to improve on that.

Internet is very slow. They only allow teo device to connect. No cable on the 2nd day. Incomplete bathroom materials(toothbrush).

The room, services and amenities are excellent. Buffet breakfast is one of the best. There's pool, gym and sauna.

Pros: Great service from front desk. Good location just across Ayala mall. The room is of good size and clean. Fast action on request. Con: Breakfast can be chaotic. No table assignment, so if you're a solo traveler, request to put a reserved sign on your table, otherwise someone else will take it. As to the food, it's just basic. Special thanks to Metchie for the great service and help.

Fast and easy check in. Resto is open until 11PM. Room service is prompt. Location is great. Clean room with a view.

Breakfast could’ve been better

Actually everything is good except for one thing I was taking a bath, laid down at the bathtub and I noticed the toilet bowl. Might as well use some acid to take off the stains.. I would definitely go back there.. this is not a complaint, just observation.. got smoking room as requested

Lack of customer service at the reception!!! You need to train your receptionist.
