We had another amazing stay at this quaint B&B! Alice and Jacky were amazing, and always willing to make extra waffles and pancakes for us. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. It is a pleasant walk to the Falls and Clifton Hill. You can enjoy all the attractions while still having a calm, quiet place to relax.

They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and welcome. You’re truly their guest

We had a wonderful stay at Susan's B&B. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect—within walking distance of both the Falls and Clifton Hill, which made it very convenient for us. It truly felt like a home away from home. Alice and Jackie were incredibly kind and welcoming. They showed us around, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. When I mentioned that it was our anniversary, they put in extra effort to make the day memorable for us, which we really appreciated. Thank you for the warm hospitality and thoughtful touches. We would absolutely love to stay here again and again, and highly recommend Susan's B&B to anyone visiting the area!

We had a great stay staff went beyond our expectations we were fasting and had to have something to eat around 5 in the morning Alice made sure to give us food the night before so that we could eat in the morning place was clean and had everything we needed for our stay will definitely be going back

Room was very clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was super nice, helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were delicious and healthy. Excellent location within easy walking distance to falls.

Lovely place in a quiet street but within walking distance of The Falls and all amenities. Jacky and Alice were excellent hosts. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we could need and the breakfasts were delicious. What else can we say? If you're planning to visit The Falls, you should stay here!

This was such a relaxing and quiet place to stay. Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls can be so phrenic, which is fun. But to walk to Susan’s Villa and be away from it was so nice. Alice and Jacky were so kind. This place was so clean! Spotless! I would come back here just as a retreat to relax even if I didn’t go see the Falls. Can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay.

The hosts were absolutely brilliant. I could not do enough to help. We was leaving early on their last day so she made us a packed lunch to take with us because we miss we miss breakfast very close to all the Man is perhaps beautifully comfortable bed would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 this place.

The owner keeps the property i good condition and clean. If you like to sleep with cool temperature , you may sweat because there is no the A/C unit in your room , it is the same temperature for the entire house. Suggestion for the owners, to place a fan in the room. The breakfast is ok

The hospitality was superb! Very commendation. I wasn’t able to eat breakfast due to my flight time. Alice packed food for us. Walking distance to Niagara Falls. Great option

I loved the Italian Suite, my room. The owners were very helpful. I had to leave very early on my last day, before breakfast, and Alice offered to give me a to go bag so that I would have something to eat. I didn’t expect that. It was very kind.
