Room was pathetic. It was stinking. We had to ask to change our room but even after they alloted the new room it was bad. Cabinates were broken. Bathroom was stinking realky bad. Staff was rude. We asked for a towel and they accused us that we alreasy had a towel in our room. Their attitude was like we are living here for free. No amenties were privided in the room. You mentioned room would have bath rope; room would be sound proof all false. I am amused how this hotel is on expedia. I am frustated because we booked 3 rooms because it was a gift for a newly wed couple and we were embarrased. You can see I book too many hotels from expedia but this one was the worst expereince. Ramada is a brand but this hotel was something not even 2 star. Total waste of money.

I had a short but comfortable stay at this hotel by the highway near Bhiwadi Neemrana area. Location is convenient for visit to industry nearby. Rooms are comfortable but could be in better condition. Staff were helpful and I would like to recognise Abhishek for excellent service during dinner time at restaurant and a lady staff member during breakfast.

Decent hotel and value for money

Overall ok for the price we paid. Though experience could have been better. Ex we wanted to enjoy drink in the bar but it was too smelly and pooly ventilated due to rainy season that we had to move to main restaurant

Property is clean and hygienic, but fittings are not great and more attention needs to be paid to maintenance. Food preparation is good especially buffets. Staff are excellent. All restaurant, front desk and housekeeping staff are extremely prompt, courteous, well-trained, helpful and exceptionally professional.

Cleanliness and quality of the property is not up to the mark. Gaming zone is not maintained at all. The food quality served is not great. Not up to the mark of a 4 star.

There were Cleanliness issues. Bed sheets, pillow covers were not clean. Uncomfortable mattresses. Quilts dirty. Quilt covers and pillow covers oversized. Lifts dirty. Too much noisy. Poor ambience

Lacking professional handling, the premise is not being maintained as a four star establishment. A franchise, needs a relook to continue its affiliation.

The property is very very okay. If you get an option in the same cost somewhere else, you might as well choose that. The food is also not at par with the basic standard of a 4 star hotel.

Very dirty. Hair in the cups and bath tub.

No management . Services very poor. Breakfast buffet 90% items finished before 9:45am though timings were upto 10:30 am.

I hv visited the hotel with my family and friends. the hotel have very decent view and the services are exceptional specially the food and service in cascade well in room service. lots of variety in veg n non veg items.our friends and family enjoyed the swimming pool a long time.we have visited the neemrana fort also sight seeing .i would like to give fool mark for the ramada staff. they have taken care decently. In future i definitly visit ramada neemrana once again
