room was great ,hallways smelled like fish, bar was good, staff was good, building was old and a bit rundown

Lovely hotel in the center of Mallow. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

Nice hotel in the middle of the town. If no parking out from the reception offers free parking in public carpark behind the hotel.

A bit of a surprise really! Great location. Hotel is a little bit dated but that’s apart of its charm. Great saloon bar selling great beer & classic pub grub.

Basic hotel in town centre, cant say anything bad or good to be honest. Rooms ok Had food in bar and asked to charge to room but told i needed to pay for it. Not sure if i would book again

Was put in a room above the bar, music from the TV so loud I couldn’t sleep wanted to rest as had been working all day so rang down to be told last orders was 11pm so I said does that mean the noise will stop then to be told again last orders is 11pm, asked if I could move rooms and told they were fully booked which I doubt! Spoke to manager who was useless and said she would turn down the tv in pub but it made no difference

Very friendly staff. Great atmosphere in the bar / restaurant. Food was excellent and competitively priced. Would definitely stay again.

Not great parking options, ok bed comfort, great staff

The place was ancient, but with a very comfortable, old world vibe. The bedroom was very clean and nicely presented. I would go back there just to hang out in the 400 year old building with great pub, gym, restaurant and who knows what else.

Needs updating. Some areas closed and not clear when open. Food OK but nothing special. Staff not really on top of customer service.

Stayed with family, was very friendly, Bar and restaurant great with excellent service and friendly atmosphere, staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble, food excellent with big portions which was amazing 😀

carpet stinks. people who gave 10/10 should be really questioned. really yucky. property pics are far from actuality. dont go.

The hotel served its purpose but it was hot and the window didn’t open. The lift wasn’t working and they should have offered to carry bags up 2 flights of stairs.

Room was very warm, had to wait a long time to get checked in, room was nice and comfortable apart from the heat

Nous nous attendions à un hotel authentique (bâtiment irlandaid de 250 ans) mais rénové comme l'exige un trous étoiles. Le personnel est professionnel, mais pour le reste chambre triple de taille ridicule ,lits petits avec de vieux matelas à ressorts inconfortables.La salle de bzins a de gros pbs d'évacuation et de douche. Pour finir aucune ventilation donc chaleur insupportable (ventilos pretés la seconde nuit) Donc a fuir !
