I had an awesome stay here, very satisfying, I will stay here for the next trip to Manila

The check-in was fast and the staffs were friendly. The room we have stayed in was clean, but the bed was not that soft and noises from outside (vehicles) could be heard from the room. During our stay, they've had a water maintenance from 12mn-5am, we've tried using the water past 5am and still, it was very dirty even until 8am so we just use their towels to filter the water. The breakfast was ok and our check out didn't took too long. So far, it was my worst experience staying at a hotel.

Hotel is nice and clean. The room that I got is kinda small but its very comfortable and clean. Nice bathroom with its own bath tab. Its just sad that I was not able to take advantage the free sauna that comes with my stay. I will probably book another one for my next staycation.

Kamar yang diminta dari awal adalah non smoking, tapi kamar kami bau rokok se hingga tiap malam minta air freshener. WiFi password di area kamar, restaurant dan lobby berbeda semua sehingga menyulitkan kami untuk menggunakan internet (tidak otomatis terhubung). Lokasi dan breakfast memuaskan. Service juga menyenangkan.

Kecewa banget, padahal sudah jelas-jelas di pilihannya itu bisa king atau 2 single bed, terus di permintaan khusus sudah minta twin bed, eh disana malah gak bisa. Kalau twin bed harus tambah biaya lagi. Tidak profesional deh, termasuk aplikasi ini juga jadi kecewa saya. Akhirnya kita pesan kamar baru disana karena penambahan biaya gak bisa include di invoice hotel bersama yang sudah kita pesan, kan susah. Mana lagi di negara orang lagi.

The room that we got was just perfect for us. Accommodating staff and they're just so nice. We just always encounter problem with the key which is a hassle. But in total, we had a great stay and the buffet was great too.

Room was old but clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Andy from the front desk is a standout. She rocks! We will be back again soon.

The hotel had some technical gliche when we book, and we were tired from the long travel, but the f.o. manager was so welcoming and apologetic for the delay. So they booked us manually. The room was old and smelly but its clean. The food at Kai zhu Japanese Restaurant was delicious!

Nice location, buffet was so-so.
