정말 오랫동안 원했던 숙박시설이었습니다 친철한 주변 안내(인터넷에서 얻을 수 없는 정보)로 관광지로서만이 아닌 피랜체 자체를 느낄 수 있어서 감사드립니다 다음에도 반드시 방문할테니 건강하게 사업 유지해주셔요 *^^*

굉장히 친절하고 시설도 매우 넓고 쾌적했습니다. 잠금장치가 여러개 있어 짐 걱정도 할 필요도 없고 걸어서 다닐 수 있는 위치에 관광지들이 몰려있어 좋았습니다.

혼자라 싱글룸 예약했는데, 깨끗하고 넓어서 편안히 잘 지냈습니다. 길도 위험하지 않고 접근성도 좋았습니다. 근처에 마트가 없긴 하지만 큰 불편은 없었고, 특히 리셉션이 잘 꾸며진게 참 이뻤네요~

주인부부가 친절합니다. 피렌체의 명소들 가기에 아주 좋은 위치.

장점 : 깨끗하고 넓고 청소 잘 되어있는 듯 했음. 무난했다. 단점 : 수건을 3일에 한 번씩 교체해줌. 이탈리아 전반이 그렇지만 엘레베이터가 없음. 밖에서 나는 소리 방음 안 되어서 시끄러움

수도원같은 조용하고 묘한 분위기가 인상적이었다. 객실은 넓어서 편했고 옷장 테이블등 모두 엔틱가구록구며져 있었다.공용화장실이 불편했지만 그때그때 청소를 해줘서 항상 깨끗했다. 직원도 친절했다.

Asumi and Alessio were very nice. I was so happy to stay there for 2 nights. Everything was so clean and neat. Very nice location near the river and the bridge and just around the corner of many boutique shops. Safe even late at night.

호텔의 위치 자체는 굉장히 편리합니다. 역에서는 비교적 거리가 있는 편이지만 관광지를 둘러보기에 아주 좋습니다. 다만 건물이 오래되어 에어컨이 없기때문에 여름에 가신다면 많이 더우실수도 있습니다. 주인분은 굉장히 친절하셔서 좋았습니다.

페레가모 박물관 바로 옆이고 베키오 다리 및 베키오 궁전 등 피렌체 주요 관광지랑 접근성이 매우 좋아요. 그런데 주요 상점들 주변이다 보니 가끔 저녁에 시끄럽더라고요. 3일 머무는 동안 수건을 바꿔주시지 않았고 방에서 와이파이가 잘 안 돼서 불편했어요. 그런데 피렌체가 다른 지역보다 물가가 비싼 것 같더라고요. 가격 대비 괜찮은 것 같아요.

가장 좋았던 점은 친절함과 역과의 거리입니다. 아침 식사는 없어서 개인적으로 해결해야하며 화장실이 공용이라 몰리는 시간(아침타임)은 불편합니다. 하지만 가격대비 전체적으로 만족합니다.

위치도 좋구요! 다만 화장실이 따로있고, 신용카드는 결재가 안된다는점!!

This is a nice simple room close walking distance. Only draw back is fan is not powerful, great otherwise.

Cozy hotel that’s right by everything you’d want to see and do in Florence. The hosts were very nice and informative of things to do and had an easy check in/out process.

This hotel is 1 star so I didn’t expect so much before I arrived. But for my surprised the location is excellent. The room is spacious, clean and the bed and pillows are very comfy! It is important for me to have a clean, good night sleep and a safe area. The building is cool so even it’s hot outside, my room temperature is good. If you are traveling and on workcation, get another working space. If you are just stay to have a good night sleep, have your own data plan. And don’t mind sharing a shower/toilet then this is perfect for you. I highly recommend this if you are a quiet, budget traveller. Very friendly and helpful owners.

We arrived at the hotel just around 8PM which is just about the time the reception was to close for the day. The host was gracious to stay back and give us the most detailed help that we could hope for as first time visitors to Florence. Gave us information on best spots to visit and eat. The property itself so close to all main attractions in Florence between 5 to 15 minutes walk to most of them. It is also located in the trendiest part of the town. The walk from the Novella station to the hotel was enjoyable with many sights to see along the way. It does come with a shared bathroom with other guests. So you have to be mindful and keep it clean.

Amazing host but there are a couple things that were bad. Broken tiles in the bathroom which felt unsafe to walk barefoot and the WiFi was slow/disconnected. The price is fair and in a good location.
