Great spot and very quiet

Excellent strong water pressure in the shower!

Booked an executive room, king bed. The bed was not king size The room was far from executive. Mould on roof in bathroom, no water pressure in shower. Reception is hidden at the back of restaurant and the door is locked. Was not what it looked like in photos on website and not what I was expecting.

Was close to a house with a loud barking dog.

Pool was filthy Staff were phantoms. Room was clean enough I guess, but dated.

Stayed here cple of times while travelling the east coast. Good option in Rockhampton. Only option really.

the property was a good location easy to get to and a good variation of dining options. The property was well priced, clean etc.

Served its purpose. Handy to everything. A bit dated and aircon quite noisy.

We chose not ton stay as the room smelt bad & there was a party going on in the bikie house behind our room. We were expecting a refund of our money.

Older style motel but beautifully upgraded and re-decorated . Great Studio room.

No fresh air door wouldnt open to yard

Good amount of restaurants in walking distance. Car park small for large vehicles. Difficult to park. You can hear people in the next room as if they are in your room. Noisy neighbourhood.

It was not what I expected I feel the room was run down and out dated. The bed was very uncomfortable for me

We were greeted by friendly and accommodating staff. The beds were comfortable. The hand basin was a little difficult to use given its shape and location. Rooms could use a refresh as the curtains and sliding doors were difficult to open and close.

Reception was hard to find as it is at the rear of the building and upon entry the restaurant staff seemed to be the only ones working. After a wait we were checked in with very basic verbal communication on where to find allocated room. Parking is not dedicated and we were lucky to find a spot at the very rear of property The rooms are not clearly marked directional wise and we had to do a few walks around to find our door. The room itself was roomy and relatively clean. We were unable to open the door that led to the outdoor pool garden area at all and it appeared to have been broken for quite a while. The pool area looked like it needed a bit of attention and was not very inviting. The restaurant menu seemed to be very nice however we did not eat there that night. Easy walk to other dining options.

The parking area and the entrance to the property is not well presented and run down, but once you open the apartment door it is wonderful.
