착오로 인해 예약날짜가 잘못되었는데 당일 호텔을 찾아가니, 한 매니저가 상황을 이해한다며 환불을 해 주겠다고 함(당일 객실여유도 없었기 때문). 귀국하여 Hotels.com에 전화를 하여 컨펌을 해 달라고 하니, 해당호텔의 또 다른 매니저가 환불불가 대답을 하더라고 함. 황당함!

Great location, spacious room, clean and comfortable, a bit noisy early in the morning.

Staff were helpful with my after hours check in. The walls were thin, so the no noise/party policy was appreciated. There was very loud construction going on next door which of course couldn’t be helped, but otherwise I had a pleasant stay. The colony of flying foxes across the street was a great surprise!

the manager Rachele was so accommodating and vey kind. Kudos to the staff! highly recommend. The location is very convenient in town Bambi from Canada

Byron Bay is a very expensive destination and this property represents excellent value for money, compared to the alternatives. It is approximately two blocks to the beach and is close to everything, so my car didn’t move the whole week. It is also in a quiet street which gets very quiet at night. The current renovations to the rooms are very well done and they clearly used excellent tradies as the bathroom tiling is the best job I think I have seen in a resort. The team are also excellent and make you feel very welcome. Byron Bay itself is a great destination that we have enjoyed many times. Because it can be so busy, it is great to have a place that is so quiet and peaceful to stay. We have stayed here before and will stay again in the future as it suits us perfectly.

Really great stay in Byron Bay

Room was clean and well located to town. Only a short stroll to beach. Syadd dries my and helpful. Onsite parking was easy. Only improvement would be better / More stable wifi which was a bit patchy at tines.

Location of this accomodation is very good, however the room carpet was not good as it smelled and at one main joining in the middle of the floor, one could see the hard concrete beneath..bathroom was fabulous and I was tempted to sleep in that small room as it was smell free, modern and bright. The staff I have to say were excellent communicators and with this apartment's location together helped us enjoy the beautiful Bay of Byron.

Amazing place, fantastic location and staff

Courteous staff, so well equipped with a washer/dryer in unit and drying rack. I appreciated the kindness when I checked in with help for my suitcases to bring them up to the room. With no elevator, that was much appreciated! I realize it’s a self-contained apartment and there’s no daily made service, but when I did ask to have the room tidied up, all they did was leave towels. Nothing was wiped down at all. I thought maybe they would just give a quick scrub to the sink and toilet considering I was there for four days. Access to the room did not feel very secure. Anyone can just walk up to the rooms by taking a flight of stairs from outside . The Parkade was more secure than the building. But having said that, I did have everything I needed, and it was a pretty apartment to be in.

Very pleasant and convenient to everywhere

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was perfect and spacious enough for us and we loved the big balcony looking out at the reserve. We loved the upgraded bathroom and shower. As well, the full kitchen allowed us to cook some of our meals on site and eat them on the balcony, which suited us perfectly. We also liked how central we were, close to the beach and the town. We would definitely stay here again!
