Meals were great. However room wasn't how it looks in pictures. Booked the deluxe room but looks smaller than in pictures, and not the most well maintained. Stayed in better ryokans at a cheaper price in takayama

Nice hotel, clean, big room and so homy and thanks for all polite service and nice breakfast.

it's a good to have ryokan experience in Japan in the authentic town of takayama. we have good welcome and guided to our room with the owner. we use yukata around this ryokan during stay. we just cant really like our breakfast Japanese meal. overall the hotel ryokan was nice i like to use the onsen. really recommend to stay here.
