객실방이 리셉션보다 밑에층. 어떻게 객실방을 지하로 줄수가 있는지 이해가 안됨. 새벽시간에 도착해서 방이 다 나가서 이것밖에 안남았다고 함. 기가 막힘.

숙면을 취할 수 있고 실행할 수 있는 최적의 장소였음. 호텔직원도 친절하며 조식도 다양하고 맛있게 먹었음. 중국의 산 물가 덕분에 도심에서 멀리 떨어져 있으나 택시요금아 저렴하여 문제되지 않음. 난핑지에까지는 20원이하, 쿤밍역꺼지는 15원이하, 공항까지는 120원이하로 이용하였음. 다음에 또 방문하고 싶음

An amazing green subtropical oasis with great service and great eats at the executive Lou ge.

Check-in experience was great- staff was super friendly helping us get around the expansive property and even gave us a drink coupon. Breakfast options was less impressive, however- esp. at their price point.

This is as one of the most enjoyable vists to Yunnan. The hotel ranks at the very top when it comes to value for the what it offers. Can’t wait to come back for another vacation stay.

A gem in the middle of a much more low key city in China. Definitely worth the trip as a base to explore the Yunnan cuisine and hospitality

The environment is really pretty and tropical, lot of trees . Room is nice, staff very helpful, food is good. The only drawback is it’s kind of far from city. You will need taxi for most of the activities. The hotel is walking distance to DianChi only. Overall, hotel is nice for getaway , but not too convenient if you are here for touring the city

Absolutely gorgeous hotel although so vast, a mobility challenged person might find it daunting. The room was huge and all amenities top notch. The staff were very polite, although as with most hotels in China, one should have a translation app. The cocktail lounge was lovely, with live entertainment by a lovely couple ftom Ukraine. The all day cafe served a wonderful and vast buffet breakfast and dinner. The Teppanyaki restaurant was excellent. Try one of the multicourse set menus. Welcome and departure gift of tins of tea was a nice touch. Highly recommended.

房间很安静，管家小王服务很周到很贴心，儿童乐园花30买了一个手工话，工作人员一直陪同玩耍，换到了妈妈一小时的清净。很好的酒店，宽敞，地理位置绝佳，到滇池步行五十分钟。有儿童洗漱用品、睡衣、餐具，还有泳池也有儿童单独玩耍区域，很适合带娃出行

i have an absolutely wonderful stay in Kunming Intercontinental. The staffs are very helpful, especially Stacy Chen and Enzo, they helped me at 8pm to get my Skype working for my meeting at 9pm. They helped me plan my stay in Kunming and I got to visit all the interesting spots in Kunming. The cleaning lady noticed that i did not have a pad for my mouse and she got one for me, very observant and helpful. The hotel is spotless clean and with beautiful garden. The room itself was very spacious and well appointed, spotlessly clean, with beautiful gardens and close to a big lake. It was a wonderful place. Natalie Ng

Property condition and staff are decent for a 5 star hotel.

Very satisfying stay. My only complaint was the tendency for the shower water temperature to fluctuate. Assume it’s a regulator in the room. Did mention to the desk. Otherwise. Would stay here again without reservations

The hotel is beautiful and the service is perfect. Great breakfast bad coffe ( in China tea is better). But excellent cappuccinos at the lobby.
