예약상황 전달이 정확하게 안되서 체크인시 곤욕을치룸. 사이트인지 호텔인지 어디의잘못인지는 모르겠음.호텔시설은 그냥저냥 있을만한 정도

When we arrived the hotel, there was no one to help us to send the luggage over to the room, which is away from the main building. and no clear instruction on the wifi and facilities and we had to call to the counter to find out. all the rest are quite good.

Noisy room, bathroom so-so, position far from downtown, but close to subway. Breakfast average.

They said we're upgraded to three beds room in the hotel but actually just a service apartment

サービス満点の素晴らしいホテルでした。フロント係の女性に四川レストランの場所を尋ねたところ、片道1ｋｍもあるのに先導してその場所まで案内してくれました。その方は常に笑顔を絶やさず、テキパキとしておりとても感動しました。ホテルの他のスタッフも一生懸命に対応してくれました。また泊まりたいホテルです。
