The hotel reception is formal and always crowded, and there is only one hotel restaurant that serves reheated frozen food. The smell of food even reaches the hotel rooms. The hotel shuttle is small and always crowded, and after checking out, I couldn't find the belongings I left behind even after making dozens of phone calls. I have absolutely no intention of revisiting.

Room was clean, bed/pillows were not comfy. The big issue which was not necessarily anyone’s fault was that the room in the bathroom was leaking…definitely kind of gross. We didn’t notice till the morning and the front desk lady was very apologetic.

Room was ok. Check in was ok. Long term parking is first come first serve and was not notified of that untill check in when their lot was full..
