Location of hotel near train station, has elevator

Akomodasi memiliki tempat yang sangat strategis tetapi tidak ada lift. Kami mendapat kamar di lantai 4!!! Tidak akan mungkin mengangkat koper2 besar dan berat ke lantai 4. Akhirnya koper2 kami taruh di dekat lobby. Kamar dipaksakan utk berempat. Jadi tempat tidur tambahan ditaruh sedemikian rupa sampai saat tidur, muka menghadap ke oven karena tempat tidur diletakkan di area kitchen set. Dengan adanya tambahan tempat tidur ini, pintu tidak bisa ditutup karena terhalang oleh tempat tidur... menyedihkan sekali.

To be honest, it was beyond my expectations. The hotel is very clean, warm (because I was in Venice during winter which was so chilly due to its high humidity) and convenient, and most importantly, it is very near to the train stations and some local restaurants! The receptionists staff are so kind and friendly too. Check out has to be on time on 11.00 am, but if you need to store your luggages so you can walk around Venice without bringing them, you leave them at the hotel for free! Or, if you have gone around the city and still wait for the time of your train, you can stay at the dining room of the hotel to watch TV and having a cup of Italian caffè (not instant coffee!) by ordering it to the receptionist also for free! In a summary, this hotel is awesome! Very recommended!

We booked and paid for a Quadruple En-Suite room for 2 nights as I saw the picture on the internet that it is the biggest room they have. But when we arrived, they give us 1 double bed and 2 additional bed in a very small room. I supposed it was a room for 2 person only, you cannot move at all with additional 2 beds. And it was on the 4th floor without lift. So I complaint to the receptionist and finally they move us to the room we booked, but only on the second night.

The room is not in the same building, but just beside it. No elevator, just stairs.
