전체 평가 및 리뷰 Wanda Realm Harbin

전체적으로 합리적인 가격에 깔끔한 호텔이었음. 중심가에서 약간 떨어져 있는 부분이 아쉬웠으나 (Taxi로 30분정도) 그 외의 부분은 기대에 어긋나지 않는 수준이었음.

대체적으로 만족했지만. 사이트에 나온 지도가 잘못나왔으니 빨리수정하세요. 택시비가 많이 나왔네요. 엉뚱한곳으로 가서... 그리고 중국명 호텔명도 표기해주세요.

다른건 다 괜찮은데 조식 뷔페가 별로 내스타일은 아니었다. 하지만 전반적으로 좋다. 방도 깨끗했고 룸서비스로 나오는 음식도 괜찮았다.

1.Aircon not working properly 2.staff not helpful and friendly 3.paid room rate with free breakfast 3 people,but hotel asked to pay additional 1 breakfast even we only have 3 adults to have the breakfast. 4.hotel staff called to refund the breakfast money after we check out the hotel but asked we go down to the hotel to collect the money.

2018年5月13日-5月14日 公司出差入住哈爾濱富力萬達嘉華酒店Wanda Realm Harbin Hotel一天

日本のホテルにある、と考えられるものは全てあります。 例えばトイレットペーパーもちゃんと設置されており、トイレに流してもオーケー。 シャワーもちゃんと出るし、英語が話せるスタッフもおります。なので、迷ったらここにしておけば問題はないでしょう。中心地からは離れてますが、近くにショッピングモールがあります。 このクラスの宿泊料金としては安いので、ホテルライフも楽しみたい、という場合には選択肢としてありです。

Et dejlig sted til at overnat. Men vi er simpelthen så skuffet over hotellets restaurant, dumplings blev ikke kogt nok, kolde i midten, okse-burgeren smagte af svinekød. Hotel er meget tæt på Harbin West Railway Station og Wanda Plaza. Lad være spiser på hotellets restaurant.

Nice hotel, close to mall and restaurants. Friendly service. Good enough.

Close to Harbin Medical University. Expansive breakfast menu. Very good service from the restaurant staff. Clean, comfortable, spacious rooms

升房到儿童房，很开心的一次住宿旅程

bad experience. I missed my stay for my own case. But this hotel and the hotels app do not make any reminder. The service of front desk is bad or the good service only for foreigners?

hotel's facilities is new, but location is very good, it is very close to the 萬達廣場. And hotel's services is also very good.

Excellent quet stay in spite of noise and hectic pace around. Staff willing to help

1，入住时，接待前台不按照顾客排队接待，似乎没有这个概念，傻等半天，看到其他客人入住直接到台前办理！不够专业！ 2，停车处理太差劲，听从保安安排，停到地下室，早上离开时要收40元停车费，前台居然责怪我们没有和他们打招呼，没办法！ 3，入住订单找不到，害的我们等了1个小时，（前台没有与销售仔细核对入住信息，前台借口电脑系统有问题）

日本餐厅特佳，自助餐品种多，有龙虾鲍鱼，价格合理。

CI was a little bit slower than i expected. Overall this property is definitely the best choice in this area. Will come back again.

Problems with reception. Breakfast for such a hotel nothing special, dirty table, dirty glasses, Minibar poor, no fruits for welcome. In China you can get for such a high price much better hotels

Like most Wanda hotels it is very grand and modern. Rooms are well appointed, gym is good, swimming pool is good and the dining is OK. It is situated a short taxi ride from the centre of Harbin so not too difficult to get in and out of.
