고아 해변 고급 호텔보다 오히려 더 편안하고 쾌적한 호텔입니다. 16만원에 주니어 스위트룸에 묵었는데, 복층으로 아이들은 아래층에 별도로 재울수 있어 편리하고, 해변 식당에도 셔틀 버스를 무료로 수시 운행하여, 해변을 즐기기도 유리합니다. 가격대비 성능이 매우 좋습니다. 8월 15일에 묵었는데 날씨가 선선하고 공기가 맑습니다, 디왈리 시즌은 너무 사람이 많을 거예요. 한국 서해 외진 해안마을 느낌이라고 해야 할까요?

Staff at breakfast, especially Rahul was very attentive and overall very friendly staff. Stay at the Novotel was brilliant experience for us travelling from the UK.

Lovely property

As a solo traveller I enjoyed the property. It’s an easy 10min walk to the beach. Other amenities near by like Starbucks next door.

Dette 5-stjernet hotel bør ikke have mere end 3,5 stjerner. Vi havde en suite de 5 dage vi var på hotellet. Værelset var fint. Personalet i receptionen er ikke særlig imødekommende og venlige. Personalet i restauranten er meget serviceminded og venlige. Både morgenmad og aftensmad er virkelig godt i restauranten. Hotellets pool og området omkring trænger til vedligeholdelse. Hotellet ligger fint i forhold til en mindre gåtur til stranden, som er rigtig dejlig. Der et også en del larm fra byggeri hos naboen. Der er fine fitness forhold.

Hotel in good condition, need to have a complete HVAC clean up. Pools are in bad shape and certainly need master refurbishment, and improve water treatment quality

Overall it was a good experience. I stayed for 3 nights and there was lack in bathroom supplies on day 2 &3.

The property is clean and well located for all the main attractions, I would rate it more 4 star than 5 star as the property could do with modernising. The best thing about the property is the staff, in particular the restaurant staff that were very accommodating and looked after us well by serving us with bespoke dishes throughout our stay. Special shout out to Chetan and Arnab who went out of there way to look after us at breakfast and dinner.

Overall good experience during busy new year period. Staff was very friendly & accommodating. Rooms, Swimming Pool & Gym is good. Change table or separate family change room for babies would be a good addition. Thanks!

Novotel is a good brand and it lives upto the expectations always but this property is a little old which was visible in it's rooms and washrooms. Breakfast was decent, staff was helpful and responsive. They have a casino next to the hotel which is free for all Novotel guests so something to explore and a freebie ;)

Excellent property

the F&B staff are absolutely fantastic, the Chefs, Rahul and his team went out of their way to accommodate our specific requirements, nut allergies and our struggle with spice. their meals and service were on point. However, when it comes to the hotel itself, the facilities were dirty and quite dated. the pool was dirty and shallow. the hotel looked like a 2 - 3 stars max. definitely not a 5 star hotel. cost us over £400 for accommodation and did not feel that it was worth it at all. sorry.

Et hotel med en servicestandard på et virkeligt højt niveau. De er virkeligt servicemindede og går op i at gæsterne er tilbage. Værelser en smule slidte, men behagelige og ok. Alle mindre issues blev løst hurtigt og effektiv uden problemer og med et smil. Poolområde tilstrækkeligt, men lidt slidt.

Very terrible staff and service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall a good place to stay at although the airport shuttle service was very pricey in comparison to arranging elsewhere.
