It was a very nice stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was big, the staff was great, and the restaurant was excellent. We would stay here again.

Hot tub was excellent. Rooms are small but super clean. Resto was closed however. Given a voucher for the Tutti Frutti down the road, for 1 free beverage.

Good price value

I was little worried about this spot because it had some bad reviews from a year ago, but nothing new so I took a chance. Am I ever glad I did! It was clean, well appointed, very affordable, and the outdoor hot tub space added some extra luxury that was really nice. I also had a phenomenal burger at the restaurant. Really, a great stay as we were passing through.

Great hotel

Loved the amenities (spa, sauna, game room) and staff but the room needs much help. We had a 2 double beds on the first floor. The materesses didn't even fit the frame of the beds as they were smaller and left a gap and the matresses we're completely caved in and lumpy. We weren't a fan of the layout of the room as the bathroom sink is at the entrance of the room instead of in the bathroom (it was winter so our boots made a puddle where we're supposed to clean up). The closet rails were so rusted that the doors didn't open all the way and it blocked the access to the fridge. We would be willing to come back for the spa access if we asked for a better room.

This was my 2nd stay at the same hotel. Great location!

On the last day of my stay, I found ants in the bathroom.

I thought this was more upscale than it was. Everything was fine...just older. Also the layout and soundproofing is more like a motel. But staff super nice...

It’s a motel in a place with a nice hot tub.

Staff was very friendly, the price was great, hotel was very clean and beds were super comfy, hottub area was fantastic, restaurant was delicious! We stayed as a couple for a staycation night away. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because some minor areas could use some improvement (some furniture, doors, towels were showing their age and could use some replacements). I will definitely stay here again!

Le bar etait fermé le dimanches toute la journée. Jai reservé via expedia je me rend a l'hotel a reception toute est ok il prenne un dépit de 250$ et 1h apres il m'appelle dans ma chambre pour me demandé mon non car la chambre est au nom d'une Lyne....a fallu je retourne a reception pour m'assurer que toute est correct.... Il manquais un couvercle sur le planché du spa !!! Un trou de 1 pieds et demi de profond tres dangereux pour se blessé!! Ma télévision fonctionnait pas ses le concierge qui est venu a la chambre et je ne pouvais pas monté ou descendre le volume de la rv. Les tapis dans les corridors et pour se rendre au sauna et au spa ne sont pas propre . En bref experience asser désastreuse pour seulement une nuit !!!

L’emplacement est idéal que ce soit pour faire des trucs à Gatineau ou Ottawa. Chambres spacieuses, le spa est un plus qui me fait revenir ici à chaque fois que je viens dans le secteur! Le resto Rumeur à même l’hôtel est aussi très bon.
