They are very accommodating

Other than the occasional sightings of cockroaches and mosquitoes, everything looks clean. I think they just have to make some pests management. Also, an advance notification for the unavailability of lock for the lockers could have been appreciated. The lobby area looks really nice especially at night.

Was nice although there were noises at night that could be heard on our room. Generally the room wasn’t that clean in western standards but what can you ask for that price? :) It’s really an affordable hotel with the basic services. Towels can’t cater the entire hotel so we’re left with 1 towel for 5 people. Toiletries are not included the package. Bedding and the floor was clean, at least and the ambiance is great. It’s bang for the buck for a group near BGC.

Yeah, it's not comfortable for me to stay with others in 1 room, since it doesn't have privacy. yeah right, cheaper price, cheaper satisfaction.

nice staff at this place

It was nice hotel but unfortunately during my check out at 5am ..i carried my heavy luggage from 9th floor to ground floor!!! Cause the elevator is not working! I was trying to ask help to the security guard but saw him sleeping ...but the hotel is nice ..i met some new friends.

Very accommodating staff and with good ambiance.

The staff are nice and approachable..It should be better if the bathroom has atleast a cover or a shower curtain as the shower door/divider is a clear glass..It's better tinted or with shower curtain so one can use the toilet while someone can use the shower especially if the family is rushing so to minimize the time. One thing that is nice is it is within the budget.
