Too cold and not enough hot water to take a shower. The worst is the internet. The Wifi was terrible to use comfortably. I recommend to drop the price for an half. 너무 추워서 몇뻔씩 깨고 따뜻한 물이 금방 꺼져서 샤워하다 얼어 죽을뻔 했어요~ 뭐 나름 깨끗하고 친절하긴 합니다. 와이파이는 포기하시는걸 추천합니다. 가격을 절반으로 낮춰야 하지 않나 싶네여

직원분들이 친절하고 근처에 관광지도 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리입니다

가성비 좋습니다^^ 기차역과도 걸어갈 수 있는 거리이고.. 관광지역도 도보로 가능합니다. 샤워시설은 새로 한 것같더라구요. 털털한 남자 혼자라 모르지만.. 편하게 쉬다 왔습니다. 에어컨은 중앙에서 관리하는 시스템인데.. 적당하게 나옵니다^^

난방도 잘 되지 않아 객실이 추웠고 공용욕실은 단 2개뿐임. 공용화장실도 불이 들어오지 않아 사용하기 꺼려짐. 그나마 객실 내 세면대가 있는 것 외에 편의시설은 없음. 방음이 전혀되지않아 밖에서 말하는 소리가 다 들리고 리셉션 콜 시 울리는 알람이 호탤 전체에 매우 크개들려 잠을 잘수가 없음. 엘레베이터가 없었음.세비야 대성당을 비롯한 주요 관광지에 도보 이동이 가능하고 프라도 역이 가까운 등 위치적인 장점 외에 좋은 점은 단 하나도 없음. Semana santa 기간때문에 숙박료가 비싸 어쩔 수 없이 갔지만 차라리 호스텔이 나았을 것 같음.

In the website checkin time was 10:30 but when I arrive they said it is 1 pm we have to just wait. and the woman cannot speak English at all and make me pay twice. It was horrible.

Localisation idéale. Equipements et bâtiment un peu vieillots mais personnel très aimable et serviable. Le ménage est fait tous les jours, ce qui devient rare.

Sauberes, ordentliches Zimmer, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der süße Innenhof musste (zum Glück) einem Aufzug weichen, dafür waren wir dankbar... Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah an der Altstadt und mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof aus gut zu erreichen.

Quarto e banheiro muito limpo, localização excelente, perto dos principais pontos e fácil se locomover a pé e de transporte publico. Me hospedaria novamente

⸻ Fiquei extremamente insatisfeito com a minha estadia nesta pensão. O local estava muito sujo, com forte cheiro de umidade e mofo, o que tornou a experiência bastante desagradável. Além disso, a televisão não funcionava, o ar-condicionado não ligava e o chuveiro apresentava problemas, ficando constantemente pingando sem desligar corretamente. Para piorar, os funcionários foram extremamente grossos e pouco prestativos, o que só aumentou ainda mais a frustração durante a estadia. De forma geral, foi uma experiência péssima. Não recomendo este lugar a ninguém e, com certeza, não voltarei.

My room had no ac when it is advertised in the outside of the building ac rooms. I was told it was in the fine print that my room had no ac. It was not. They brought me a fan though. Even though it made ALOT of noise and was taped and screwed together, it helped. My room had flies all in the bathroom. When I turned the cold water on in the shower the pipes knocked like someone was banging in the walls. One night people were banging in my door. Not sure if it was a guest or the staff. To turn the shower all the way off so it didn’t steady drip constantly, you had to tighten SO HARD, I have a blood blister on the palm of my have and it hurts like hell! Worst experience I’ve ever had ANYWHERE!! Staff was very nice though

First things first: the courtyard photo shown is not of this hotel—it belongs to the adjacent property. That said, this place is fine for what it is, as long as you choose your timing carefully. I stayed in a single room with a shared bathroom. The room was clean… and that’s about all there is to say. A few important things to know before booking: there is no air conditioning or fan in the room. I visited in early April, so the temperature was comfortable, but in summer this would likely be an unbearable sweatbox. Secondly, the walls are extremely thin. The man snoring next door sounded like he was in the same bed as me. Also worth noting is the size of the bathroom facilities. I’m a broad‑shouldered man but not overweight, and I barely had enough room to stand upright in the shower stall. Larger guests may find this particularly uncomfortable. In short, if you’re medium to slim build, not sensitive to noise, and avoid staying during the summer months, this is a perfectly decent option if all you need is a basic place to sleep.

Quarto não era limpado todos os dias. De madrugada fazia muito barulho, pois o banheiro compartilhado era do lado do quarto, e a porta do banheiro compartilhado estava com problema, então, sempre que alguém ia ao banheiro, tinha que bater a porta. E toda hora entrava e saía gente do banheiro. De manhã cedo já tinha barulho de aspirador. Bem localizado. Tinha microondas.

Cuando llegamos la atención de personal fue buena.Nos explicó todo bien y fue rápido.La decepción vino después,aunque sabía que iba a una pensión modesta y habitación pequeña esto lo pone correcto al reservar.,tb consta que tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción, cosa que no es cierto Cogí con baño incorporado(con extra de precio)y acabamos usando el compartido, ya que lo que han hecho es levantar un tabique(por eso la habitación es aún más pequeña)y como no cabe puerta normal han puesto una corredera, pero por fuera y ni siqiera un carril de puerta exterior con sujeción arriba y abajo,está sin ningún tipo de manilla ni cierre y se abre levantándola hacia arriba,es decir,totalmente al aire,menos cero de privacidad.Termo eléctrico que calienta bien eso sí y buena presión de ducha.Ducha nueva y buen tamaño. La habitación lógicamente tiene mucha humedad y está toda desconchada, y parece que ha habido goteras ya que techo y pared están horribles y con manchas. Estoy acostumbrada a pensiones,pero aunque sean antiguas se les suele hacer un lavado de cara un poco más decente o tienen encanto. No es este caso, tampoco hay patio andaluz como en las fotos, eso es falso o será otro edificio.No pido toalla nueva ni cambiarla a diario pero con el precio que se pagó nos merecemos que en ese lavado de cara hayan invertido un poco más. Ni un sitio para dejar una maleta pequeña.juntamos camas y al suelo en un rincón y recoger a diario sino no hacían habitación, la de limpieza no amable

si la habitacion buena limpieza y el personal my amable me volveria a quedar todo muy centrico
