Close to everything in downtown walking distance the only problem is do not pre-purchased the breakfast. It’s not worth it.

Property was centrally located downtown within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Breakfast was excellent. Emma at front desk was helpful and patient.

Staff was wonderful. The room was decent. For what I paid, I expected the room to be nicer. The location was great. Breakfast was pretty good, but was not included and really expensive. I would consider staying again if I came back, but I would definitely look elsewhere to see if I can get a better rate or a nicer room/hotel for the money.

Overall, we had a great stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, the property was clean, and it had all the amenities we needed. The staff was friendly, and everything was well maintained. My only negatives were related to noise. Our room was located in the front of hotel near the entrance, and we could hear people outside talking and coming and going late into the night. There was noise until around 2:00 AM, which made it difficult to sleep. Additionally, there is a church directly across from the hotel that rings its bells every hour. I understand this is completely outside of the hotel’s control, but it may be helpful to mention this during booking or provide earplugs for guests who are sensitive to noise. Despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel, especially for its convenient location and overall quality.

My family stayed for 4 nights right at the summer solstice. The location is amazing, you're walking distance to just about everything in Reykjavik. Once we figured out how to park & pay via app, it was always easy to find a spot close to the hotel and not pay too much. The suite was plenty big for the 4 of us, the room was clean and cute, and the staff was always very friendly.

The location was perfect. It was very central and easy to get around. The room was great. I only wish the blinds on the roof window were better since the sun never sets this time of year, so I highly recommend getting an eye mask to sleep. Otherwise, the place was great.

Excellent location, beautiful rooms, large enough for a family of 5. We loved having 2 common areas. Would absolutely stay again!

Great location and walking distance to all the downtown sights. The room was very well appointed, loved the 3 step skincare as an extra touch. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only a few downsides like the noise coming from construction next door and the in-room refrigerator is actually more of just a cooling drawer so doesn't hold much. Overall a great stay though and would highly recommend this hotel to other travelers!

Very nice hotel in downtown Reykjavik. Super close to all the dining, shopping, and boating excursions. The room was very spacious and clean. Can’t comment on breakfast as the breakfast area was being renovated during our stay and breakfast wasn’t available. There are plenty of places to grab food nearby though or cook in the room. My one complaint is the church clock in front of the hotel that chimed every half hour. At noon and midnight it would chime a whopping 16 times! I mostly tuned it out after a while, but you might consider a noise machine if you’re a light sleeper.

The hotel's location was excellent with nearby street parking. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful both at check in, during our stay and when checking out. Our apartment was on ground floor and we did have some noise from the unit on top, other than that it was all wonderful! Would stay here again!

Very nice rooms and good location. Unfortunately the hotel only has street parking, and the breakfast area was closed during our stay (although the staff delivered an alternative breakfast from a local bakery).

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. I was surprised to learn there was no air conditioning.

It was in the heart of Reykjavík. Easy parking in P3 zone just few blocks away, 5 minutes walking. Walking distance from everything you need to see in Reykjavík. Rooms was very spacious and clean. Full kitchen with tools to cook. Located right next to famous Iceland street food with unlimited soup in bread option.
