บริการดีมาก ห้องพักโดยรวมก็ดี สะอาด แต่ช่องทีวีมีน้อยไปนิด โดยรวมให้อยู่ในระดับดีมากครับ

Great hotel. Great attentive staff, especially in dining room. Quick efficient check in. Good location within walking distance to old town. plenty of good and cheap eating options nearby. Swimming pool on the 10th floor is big and clean with access to pool towels, toilets and showers. The pool area could look much better though with replacement of the old (some broken) sun loungers. Our room was just as advertised. I liked the complimentary "goodies" bag and the daily plate of mixed fruits in the room. Our King sized bed was comfortable and the air-con was working well. Bathroom included bath/ toiletries and the water pressure was good. Plenty of cupboard space. TV with Thai as well as English/Dutch/ and other language channels. Daily housekeeping. Buffet breakfast with variety and choice, including egg station, strong coffee👍. Free shuttle bus to Night market. Only minus: we had to call reception to get our floors vacuum cleaned as carpet didn't look clean. Dust on glass tables and rings from where glasses/cups were placed not cleaned either. Was a bit surprised as besides housekeeping kept supplies up and things clean We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay.

The atmosphere feels old, but that' okay. The breakfast and airport pickup was life saver for newbie-solo traveler like me :D hahahah. Overall is awesome. Thank you for the warmth hospitalization :)

เป็นโรงแรมที่เงียบสงบดี ห้องกว้าง สะอาด แต่ห่างจากย่านท่องเที่ยวไปหน่อย การบริการของพนักงานดีมาก โดยเฉพาะห้องอาหารเช้า พนักงานใส่ใจบริการเชิงรุกเยี่ยมมาก

Nice big quiet hotel and cozy room, no valet service welcome at entrance, away from tourist attraction spots, lucky have one way transport service to them, welcome gift set in room, night pubs outside hotel and 7 11 5 mins walk away, staff helpful but poor English, only 1 breakfast restaurant no lunch or dinner, no nice international restaurants nearby

The hotel upgraded our room to deluxe, we are grateful. The room was spacious.

Excellent service. I really love this hotel . When I come to chiangmai I aways stay at the park chiang mai. This is third time I stay here

Room was a bit small and carpets worn out. No free wifi as advertised. Service was average-not good or bad. Decent hotel but out of the way, small room and carpet needs renovation.
