Convenient location to ferry shuttle, restaurants, and shopping! Nice rooms and breakfast... amazing cinnamon rolls!

Noticeable leak spots on ceiling. No fan in bathroom.

I found a pair of women’s panties on the floor in my room. Interestingly enough the panties were in a conspicuous spot and easily noticeable. This is absolutely unacceptable. I was charged over $300 per night and I am very disappointed.

I brought my grandkids up and the bathroom in their room was full of mold. Told front desk and she did nothing

I like staying here. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location is awesome.

Was disappointed that check-in was at 3:00pm. We got there at 3:15pm and our room was not ready. We had to sit in lobby for about for about half an hour. Then the floors were wet when we entered the room.

We always stay at the Frankenmuth HIX when we visit there, annually. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. And, we love being able to walk across the street and shopping in the River Place shoppes.

Loved the pool, don’t change a thing, not the temp or chlorine! Breakfast was very good, location is great and within walking distance of most places. The only complaint is the noise level of the hotel doors always slamming automatically without an ease close, and because it is right by the road, it needs thicker windows. Otherwise, I can’t wait to be back!

Very clean hotel and nice breakfast. Only recommendation is to dust the Air dent in the bath room of the guest rooms.
