Piscine fermée durant notre séjour L appartement était dans l ensemble propre mise a part le nécessaire pour la cuisine. Assez vieux et abimé Pas un coin touristique

We were only there for an overnight stay and needed a place to sleep and wasn't expecting much, but the pool wasn't clean, there was no airport shuttle. Plus, if you took the room key out of the holder by the door, it would turn the power off, including the air conditioner in the bedroom. But, for the price, it was ok for 1 night. We won't go back to that hotel.

Ocorreu tudo bem em nossa estadia. Local sempre limpo, o apartamento tinha utensílios domésticos essências para cozinhar. Apenas um detalhe no anúncio o mesmo relata que tem academia, mas ao chegar lá o ambiente não possui mais. No resto a acomodação não deixou a desejar.

I found this property and the people that worked there very nice. I enjoyed my stay.

This is the must disgusting hoteI have ever visited. We didn’t stay there after looking the terrible conditions of this place, and were waiting 30 for the receptionist …. They never shown up. So, we just left and request a refund.

O apto é excelente, grande e confortável, com ar condicionado nos quartos, camas confortáveis, banheiros adequados e na cozinha tinha geladeira, fogão, microondas e utensílios, tudo muito bom, só tenho a salientar que a lavanderia estava entupida e a água saia por baixo do tanque e ia até a cozinha, nada que uma pequena manutenção não resolva. Perto de mercado e lugares para comer.

Need to upgrade the kitchen and bathroom The beds are no good To low

We had 2 bookings. In our first booking we stayed on the first floor. The apartment was infested with roaches. I complained and they wanted to move us to the 2nd or 3rd floor, I told her that there wasn't any need because we were checking out the following day to go to a different hotel that we had reserved for 5 days and then come back and do two more days at Bavaro Green. When we come back for our 2nd stay,they could put us on the second floor. when we came back they check us in on the third floor. The issue we had was that the AC in both rooms was sto ser at 76 degrees. The remote control could not bring down the temperature or take the temperature up. I went to the to the reception and someone came tried to fix it and it wasn't working. She took one of the remotes and promised sending a technician but no one ever came until we checked out after 2 days. The set of the rooms was also weird. The Masters bedroom was instead that had several beds for kids and an inside bathroom, while our room is that hot and outside bathroom.

Our rooms had roaches.

All dirty, no toilet paper no towels

Dieses hotel bitte meiden von morgens um 9 Uhr bis abends 18:00 Uhr reparatur arbeiten durch geführt. Die ganze Anlage ist runder gekommen. Ich glaube nicht daß hotel com daß nötig hat solche hotel auf zu nehmen. Ich werde leider zum Anwalt gehen müssen und ihm daß Video Filme und Bilder geben. Von 4 Wochen kein Erholung.

Was not worth the money! Nasty

Nuestra reservación fue por una noche en el apartamento de tres habitaciones. Cuando llegamos solo había una persona con nuestras llaves y nos dijo que teníamos que hacer un pago de USD60. Porque no lo habíamos pagado. Ya que no había nada en mi reservación, me comunique con Hotels.com y lograron comunicarse con el hotel y al parecer era un recargo de limpieza. De alguna manera se resolvió y me di dieron la habitación. El lugar estaba limpio, ordenado bien decorado pero dos unidades de aire acondicionado no funcionaban. Se lo comunique a la persona encargada, lo llego a revisar y minutos después me dijo que no se podía hacer nada más que esperar al día siguiente. Hubieron otros huéspedes que tuvieron el cargo adicional y que sus agencias les ayudaron, así que parece que es un cargo no especificado.

La propiedad es promedio, me cobraron 40dll adiciones en la propiedad algo que no decía por parte de hotels.com, la comunicación con hotels.com es nefasta ya que les hice algunas peticiones las cuales siempre me dijeron que no podían localizar a la propiedad o que no era posible ayudarme ya que la propiedad no quería, casualmente yo me comunicaba directo con la propiedad y siempre me decían que no había problema. EL SERVICIO DE HOTELS. COM “NO SIRVE, NO ES EFICIENTE Y SON UNOS INEPTOS PARA PODER AYUDARTE”

Le agradezco mucho a la administración todos los servicios que me brindaron y espero volver pronto, me encantó mucho y sobretodo la comodidad del apartamento.
