Potrebbero essere più accoglienti! La struttura non è male ma poco curata,purtroppo essendo sola in un posto cosi grande ho sofferto un po di solitudine,anche se devo dire che comunque qui c'era sempre il personale al completo.

Although booked here, we were moved to Akhill Resort as Raja Pak Beach Resort was shut

Raja Resort was closed and we were sent to the nest resort called Akhil. This resort is very good. The staff are very helpful. The pool was kept clean and is a good size. The restaurant provided a basic breakfast for a good rate.

Not very welcoming staff. Really bad wifi. Lots of ants in the room.

Good well priced hotel, no problems. You get what you pay for.

Very good budget hotel close to all amenities. Staff were very friendly and room cleaning was done on request. For the money we paid we could not fault it.

la posizione é buona ; il personale gentile, grandi sorrisi ma non sa risolvere i problemi, per i primi 3 giorni siamo stati senza acqua calda, solo con insistenza siamo riusciti ad avere la risoluzione del problema. pulizia della camera solo su richiesta, wfi funzionava male, assente nelle stanze.

Ich hatte eine im Voraus bestaetigte und bezahlte Buchung ueber das Internet getaetigt, am zweiten Tag wurde ich informiert, dass man meine Buchung nicht finden koenne und das Hotel gar nicht mit dem Buchungsunternehmen arbeiten wurde, bei Abreise verlangte man von mir das Zimmer ein zweites Mal zu zahlen!!! Erst nach einer halben Stunde Streitgespraech mit dem Hotelmanager und auf meine mehrmalige Aufforderung mit mir die naechste Polizeistation aufzusuchen, liess man mich gehen!!! Ohne Worte!!!

No staff around on arrival, felt we were a burden when we found someone. Paid for a deluxe room but was placed in a very basic room which had leaking ac. After a fight at 11pm moved rooms, but was dirty, third room was dirty with hair and the walls were wet with paint, the ac leaked all night & there were red marks on the sheet which we were told was washing marks but looked like blood. We had to spend night here as no staff available. Fourth room was ok but at sister hotel akhil across the road. On our request for manager over 3 days of stay, he was not available to speak to us and staff were rude, WiFi only available in common areas but kept cutting out making it unusable. We are very disappointed with our stay and for the price expected a lot better.
