The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. The place could use a reno as some things are quite dated.

Clean great stay

We are a family of four and were looking for a single room that could accommodate all of us. During the booking process, we couldn't find a room that sleeps four people, so we booked two separate rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we were given two rooms with a total of eight beds. Since the four of us could easily have stayed in just one of those rooms, we asked the staff to cancel the second room. Unfortunately, they refused, explaining that the reservation had been made through Expedia. We explained that the option to book a single room for four people was not available when we made the reservation. The staff responded that they had allocated us two rooms at the time of booking. While I understand the hotel has a 48-day cancellation policy, I believe some flexibility and consideration would have been appropriate in this situation. We were not trying to cancel without reason—we simply wanted to avoid paying for an unnecessary

It was my favorite hotel in all of Ireland. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Restaurants and pubs were are in walking distance. even with my bad knees..

Nicest staff I’ve ever encountered.

Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Lage zentral, sodass man zu Fuß ins Dorf laufen kann. Personal sehr freundlich. Wir hatten ein "Deluxe Twin Rooms" gebucht. Das Zimmer war wirklich recht klein. Es gab ein größeres Bett und ein Einzelbett. Das größere Bett war sehr weich und die Matratze durchgelegen. Das Bad war sauber, aber auch klein, ohne Fenster. Es war sehr warm im Zimmer. Das Fenster im Zimmer konnte man nur einen kleinen Spalt öffnen. Es war okay, aber kein Highlight!

This property is off the harbor road but you can see a bit of the harbor from the parking lot. The room on the first floor was very basic, good beds, clean with a very small shower. The walls were pretty thin as we heard all the conversation from the next room, and the baby crying in the middle of the night. The breakfast was continental but you could order waffles or porridge if you’d like. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. For a last minute idea, it was fine. Would I stay here again, probably not.

Clean room and very helpful staff

Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang an der Rezeption, er gab uns tolle Tipps fürs Abendessen und für Pubs. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit einem tollen Blick über die Bucht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wurde in einem hellen und freundlichen Raum serviert. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt, wenn auch wirklich sehr teuer.

Such a lovely place- staff were extremely kind, within walking distance to the city center. Loved the view from our room as we had a great view of the harbour.
