위치가 좋고 숙소도 깔끔합니다 직원들 모두 친절했었요 가족여행으로 3박했는데 만족합니다

실제로 바르셀로나는 구경할게 많이 없는 것 같습니다. 3박을 지내면서 커플이지만 도보로 모든 지역을 돌아다녔습니다. 숙소는 방음에 참 취약하고 도로소음이 엄청 심합니다. 모닝콜 없이 차량 경적과 모터 소리에 잠을 깰 수 있습니다.

5성급 호텔에 비유한 후기를 믿고 예약했으나 그냥 깔끔한 3성급이지 다른 일정중 제가 머물렀던 4성급 세곳에 비해 결코 시설이 낫지는 않았습니다. 우선 샤워부스가 공중전화박스 3분의2크기 정도로 너무좁아 성인남자는 움직이기좀 힘들고요. 세면대도 처음보는 작은사이즈라 세수만해도 바닥에 물이튑니다. 그리고 일반주택 한층의 일부를 파티션으로 분리해 개조한 형태라 방음이 않되고요. TV는 20인치 냉장고는 없고 침대가 스프링없는 너무 무른침대라 허리가좀ㅜ 깨끗하고 친절한건 인정하지만 너무기대는 마세요~

두달동안 유럽여행을 다니며 아주많은 호텔과 호스텔을 다녔지만,크로노스가 최고였습니다. 유럽여행오기전까지 저는 5성급 호텔에서 근무한 호텔리어였습니다. 여기시설은 특급호텔처럼 아주 깔끔하고,깨끗했으며 직원들은 아주 친절했습니다. 여기 직원들은 5성급 호텔직원들보다 더 친절하고 상냥했습니다. 위치,청결,서비스 모두 완벽한 숙소였습니다. 다만,2층이라서 차지나가는 소리가 조금씩 들리는게 유일한 단점이었습니다.^^

Room and bathroom were small but clean. Nice breakfast. Outside courtyard was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Great location and safe.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures. Everything is rundown. The people in the front are very nice however that doesn’t justify the rooms versus the pictures online.

Puntos a favor: ubicación céntrica, es seguro, el personal que atiende es excelente! Siempre estuvo pendiente de nosotros. En contra: había CUCARACHAS dentro de la habitación, específicamente abajo de la cama, a lo cual la respuesta del encargado fue “bueno pues es algo que pasa, estamos en la zona” y al retirarnos al otro día, mi esposo le comentó al dueño del lugar acerca de las cucarachas y le fue irrelevante. El aire acondicionado empezó a gotear, justo arriba un enchufe donde estaba cargando un aparato. Se mojó, y afortunadamente me di cuenta y lo quité. La respuesta fue “es que eso pasa cuando se usa mucho” y la noche anterior no lo prendimos porque yo no puedo dormir con aire acondicionado por alergia. La solución fue un cubo para el chorro de agua y que se apagara… Con un calor infernal dentro del cuarto. Honestamente yo no sé qué tiene de “Boutique”, en lo personal yo no regresaría por el tema de las cucarachas, creo que la limpieza y el mantenimiento de plagas es imprescindible, sea un hostal, hotel, restaurante, etc. y más allá de eso, la indiferencia del dueño al respecto. Fatal! Lástima porque quien atiende es muy atento y el lugar tiene potencial. Planeaba reservar los 5 días más que me quedan en Barcelona pero prefiero pagar más y dormir tranquila. Al otro día nos fuimos de ahí súper temprano, no lo recomiendo.

A great 2-night stay in Barcelona at this boutique hotel - very small and intimate. Would stay here again.

It was a little hard to find however that is the only negative thing. Staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our bags since we arrived early. Great location safe neighborhood restaurants all around. Beds wer comfy, AC, very clean access to cold filtered water to refill our water bottles. Very quiet never heard anyone else. They have a little breakfast set up for $5 euros great for early tours cause alot of places don't open that early. We had a full bed for my husband and I and our son Twin in same room but still spacious. We would definitely stay again!

Perfectly fine place to rest your head after a day of sightseeing. A bit of noise with the narrow streets but never bothersome at night. Nice large terrace to sit on if you need a rest during the day. I'd stay again.
