피피섬의 위치와 전망이 매우 좋습니다

호텔의 가장 큰 장점은 위치지만, 조금만 걸어가면 된다는 점도 장점입니다. 바다와 산의 아름다운 전망을 감상할 수 있습니다. 객실 내부는 그다지 좋지 않았고, 욕실 창문이 다른 객실을 향하고 있었고 블라인드는 바깥쪽으로 나 있었습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 전반적으로 이곳에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

모든 것이 끔찍합니다. 방이 더럽고 프라이버시가 부족합니다. 커튼이 창문을 완전히 덮지 않습니다. 바닥은 균열과 손상으로 가득합니다. 욕실에서는 샤워를 하려면 샤워헤드를 잡아야 합니다. 방 앞에서 수리를 하고 있어서 평화와 고요함이 전혀 없습니다.

거기는 나빴어. 전혀 불편했어

좋은 서비스 직원 위치는 비공개입니다. 휴식에 적합 방은 조금 낡았습니다.

저렴한 가격, 해변 바로 옆, 친절한 직원 하지만 방은 꽤 낡았고, 에어컨 소리가 컸습니다.

패밀리룸을 예약했습니다. 방은 곰팡이가 났고, 베개는 곰팡이가 났으며, 벽지는 벗겨졌습니다. 욕실은 매우 작고 비좁습니다. 변기의 다리는 문에 붙어 있습니다. 샤워실에 샴푸가 다 떨어져서 리필이 안되어 있었어요.

Best location beach front, clean room unique decoration and good service nice breakfast there.

We have a wonderful stay at the hotel. Like it’s name, it is a nice hotel with amazing view and helpful staff. We get a beautiful honeymoon set-up in the room and ocean view room plus You get a great view of the mountain and ocean from the room. The hotel is located in the much quieter area of the island, but still within a good stroll to the Tonsai Pier area. Our only complaint is the breakfast menu, which doesn’t have much options and the taste is so so. Other than that we are happy with our overall stay here.

Location is good. few mins walking from Tonsai pier. Very disappointed that the beach is dirty and cannot swim. No transportation on this island except walking by feet. We booked room and left the note that it was our honeymoon but there is no courtesy from the hotel even a congratulation. We paid for the Junior Sea View room and hotel put us in a room without sea view at all (pool view it is). Next day i was sick and asking for a bit of ginger to make my tea but only received the no answer from the staff. No attempt to try to help or care. Lucky me we went out for some soup at an outside restaurant of a hotel nearby and the staff there was happy to give me free ginger. Wifi in the room is very bad as it on and off often. AC is weak even set at 16. Water tasted very weird that I had to use bottled water to brush teeth. Never come back this island and stay at this hotel again. How come this hotel rated 4 star.

1. the first night we were staying, someone's banging our room door loudly in the morning while we were sleeping. We didn't open the door because we weren't expecting anybody. 2. Within 5 minutes someone's calling through telephone hotel twice speaking Thai. I think this is very impolite because we were still sleeping and hangover and this was happening early in the morning. 3. today when we were checking out around 10.20am, the hotel charged us extra 100 baht to take our luggage to the pier. it supposed to be free as part of hotel compliment. they said the only free of charge is at 8.30am, 10.00am and 11.00am. so we have big argument because this notice never shown before. because of this dispute the hotel now didn't want carry our luggage even though the ferry schedule at 11.00am which is only 25 minutes left (from hotel to the pier takes 15 minutes by taxi). good for us the travel agent across the hotel helped us, but we still paid 100 baht. 4. apart from these, the beaches are nice (i.e.: phi phi islands, maya bay, phi leh bay, phi leh lagoon), the food and the people.

Booked the suite but nothing seemed to work. very dissatisfied. staff seemed to not care very much about fixing things either. This place might be ok for normal rooms but I don't know.
