En general todo muy bien!!!

Don’t let the resort staff scam you into using resort credits. We’ve been to plenty of resorts and this is the only one where I’ve felt the staff isn’t friendly or welcoming. Between the front desk, the concierge team, the servers in restaurants we didn’t have one friendly face.

Me gustó que es un hotel muy familiar . Todo está muy bien , el entretenimiento y comida … lo que no me gustó fue el check in tan tan tardado y que en cada momento te quieren vender la membresía

Estuve 3 noches y nunca hubo disponibilidad en restaurantes, si acaso uno solo que era japonés y al chef se le rompió un plato sobre la comida…el servicio de bebidas en albercas es lento y pésimo.

5* to the STAFF!!! They were all GREAT!! 3* for the Room. Emily at the front desk was so sincere and kind, very accommodating and always willing to do whatever she could to make our stay wonderful! Gustavo at the main dining area was SUPERB!!! He understood family and was ALWAYS going way and beyond to make our mealtime special! His smile was inviting and genuine! Gustavo, we will never forget you and a HUGE THANK YOU for EVERYTHING!! YOU'RE THE BEST!! Fermin was EXCEPTIONAL! He was the water aerobics instructor who made every class wanting more! Who wants to exercise while on vacay but when you have an AMAZING, ENTHUSIASTIC, FUN, UPBEAT, MOTIVATING, ENERGETIC ALWAYS SMILING instructor who obviously loves his job, you're are drawn to him & want to workout! As much as we ate, my SIL & I were looking forward to working out w/only Fermin at 3:30pm daily! Fermin, THANK YOU FOR MAKING EXERCISE SO MUCH FUN!! We wish you were here in the states so we would be more motivated to workout!! lol NEVER STOP SMILIN!! JOEL (I think this was his name) was our Rumba instructor. Boy did he love his moves!! Being a woman, you wished you could move as well as him. He constantly made us laugh & wanted to learn the dance despite the heat and humidity! We had SO MUCH FUN!! My room smelled hideous, had mold in the sink, sensors kept turning off the lights, toilet was already clogged when I 1st arrived. Towels were rough and some looked & felt weathered. I would return for the STAFF but not the ROOM

El hotel está súper bonito el servicio de personal en general, muy cordial En temas de comida, creo que faltaba sabor buen sabor los restaurantes de reservación o aptos para cenar, que no fuera el buffet, todos muy decepcionantes, excepto el japonés En las habitaciones, las camas no se acuden cuando uno se acuesta se siente la arena, las toallas que llegaron a poner en alguno de los días, estaban hijas y percutidas Las camaristas al salir de la habitación, dejan el piso empapado El área de animación se nos hizo muy padre, muy comprometidos, muy entregados y el área de baile de zumba súper padre La playa muy padre, también la cafetería, siento que le falta más calor de hogar que den más ganas de estar ahí Y en el surtido de bebidas se inclinan por pura bebida, pues económica todos los buenos vinos, los venden las toallas están percufidas Sin embargo, cabe resaltar que el hotel está hermoso, la ubicación, la vegetación la limpieza de las instalaciones impecables el servicio en recepción, muy bueno y de Concierge también La música en el bar, tanto el karaoke, como la música cubana, muy muy buenos actores, y en teatro, los cantantes tienen una voz formidable El personal en general es de muy buenos modelos

Excelente ubicación. Playa perfecta. Alberca perfecta. NO HAY HIELO Las máquinas no funciona. NO HAY AGUA EMBOTELLADA solo filtrada pero sabe muy mal. Nunca regresaríamos a este hotel.

Place and beach area was great but food lacked quality.

Property has an amazing beach, extremely nice staff, the food was great and everything was so clean and taken care of. Entertainment wasn’t the best but they also had other options like live music in the lounge bar and the nightclub. Had an amazing experience, would definitely go back

I loved the staff. They all are amazing. I can't remember everyones name. But Ramon at the mexican restaurant was amazing taking care of my mother in law bday celebration. Also, chef Fabiola, Ale at the pool section!! Amazing service. The food and drinks were amazing. I think the resort needs to update their rooms. They look and feel old. I didn't like that my girlfriend wanted her mothers room to be decorated for her 80 bday. And when she asked for that service 3X she was todl ton speak to the concierge. And the concierges wanted her to listen to their hotel program. We told them we were not interested from the beginning. We felt too much pressure. Our group rented 5 rooms to come to cellebrate her bday and we dont think it was fair to be aksed to joing one of their meetings. Besides that we love the food, drinks, rsrauranys and bar staff and the ocean was beautiful.

We recently stayed at the Iberostar Playa Mita and had a wonderful experience overall. The standout features of this resort were the food, staff, and beach. Every meal we had — from the buffet to the specialty restaurants — was fresh, flavorful, and exceeded our expectations for an all-inclusive. The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. The beach is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, with plenty of loungers and smooth sand along with warm water. It’s a perfect spot to relax or take a sunset stroll. It’s worth noting that while the resort is well-maintained, it does feel a little past its prime in terms of décor and some of the furnishings. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

La verdad es que todo estuvo muy bien. Regresaré
