convenient to our needs

It's very nice and clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable, breacfast was good and very good coffee, that actually you can have all day long what is rare. The staff was nice. If you plan to stay in Seneca I recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms. Afordable rates. Staff all very friendly. Carpet was old.

Carpet in the elevators and smells pretty bad. The room smelled bad too and the comforter had a stain on it.

Staff incredibly rude. Pool filthy and safety hazard. Horrible experience. Checked out early. So many better options. Skip this one.

Mostly liked the location. It is in the part of town where we spent most of our time.

Carpet in elevators smell like urine

My room was very clean. Gave me the home vibe. Well visit again

Checked in room at 12:30 am after a long day of traveling. Got to room and there was a huge cockaroach on the wall. Changed rooms but where there is 1 there us always more. Had no chouxe but to stay , everything else was sold out. Very disappointed Ruined trip because nobody in room got sleep.

Very clean and the staff is very helpful

Hotel itself was very nice. Problem at check-in when we had no reservation. For some reason, there was lack of communication between the hotel and Hotels.com. I have used Hotels.com for many years; never had an issue. Anyway, the local hotel reserved us a nice king suite, both staff and us called Hotels.com and solved the payment issue. It all turned out OK.

The trash in our room was 3 days deep. I also had to ask for extra pillows 2 days in a row.

Nice & efficient staff

Thank you for the stay but the parking lot was not plowed yielding ice in the parking lot. You should also offer discounts for emergency workers.
