I can't choose only one pros here, all the time i spend here was amazing! I really reckon to stay here at least one night:)

올인클루시브여도 역시 겨울이니 아쉬운점이 있네요. 제가좀일찍 체크인한것도있지만 룸이덜정비되었어요 한동안안쓰던방인지먼지도조금있고꽃도 안꽂아져있고. 미니바도안채워져있어서전화했더니 룸클리닝할때정비된거라고 필요하면 비용내라고.. 결국 상황설명하고 리필받긴했지만요. 과정이 별로.. 하지만 호텔 등급이 있는 만큼 나머지 시설이나 서비스는 좋았습니다. 비수기이다보니 리조트동도 한적하니 정말 객실에 있음 휴식하러온 만족감이 크게 들었구요. 단, 메인 식당(인클루시브)의 메뉴가 종류는 많아보이나 딱히 먹을게 많진 않더군요. 식사는 그닥 만족스럽지 못했습니다. 그리고 공항에서도 멀어서 200리라 정도 들었네요. 호텔에서 예약해주는건 더 비싸요. 왕복 100유로 합니다. 참고하세여

I turn on the 'do not disturb' sign but the house keeping were continuously knocking the door and even a lady came in without knocking! The front desk was very unkindly. Furthermore, gave the wrong info. I arranged the shuttle from the hotel and he told me yhat the shutte was ready outside, which turned out to be not true. The doorman said it will be ready by 1 hour later so when I came back 1hour later and let the doorman know I am back. I was waiting for 20 minutes pass the pickup time and finally when I approached the doorman, he told me to get in the shuttle which was there for the past 20 minutes!!! I am so upset with the services they provided. The hotel needs to improve its services!!!!!

안탈리아와는 거리가 있지만, 휴양이 목적이라면 좋은.호텔입니다 이틀 숙박동안 푹 쉬다가 왔습니다

Prachtig en zeer goed hotel waar je heerlijk kunt relaxen. Het begint al bij aankomst. Je word zeer vriendelijk verwelkomt en mag eerst gaan zitten om een drankje te drinken. Zij verzorgt in de tussentijd het inchecken. De kamers waren zeer ruim en mooi ingericht met een inloopkast en ruime badkamer. De bedden zijn super comfortabel en de service en schoonmaak perfect. Zeker een hotel om vaker naar toe te gaan.

Great hotel with nice heated pools, aquapark and restaurants. Food is truly amazing. We choose pool room and have 2 kids and I don’t recommend these rooms if you have kids. The hotel is huge and hard to walk to pools, beach and other areas from these rooms. Buggies are not available all the time. In fact, for 2 days we couldn’t catch a buggy without waiting at least 20 mins. Other staff helped us a few times to get around and they also helped us complain about this. Next days buggies were fast and efficient. Also, our room pool was not clean when we arrived, next day we asked for it to clean and it was taken care of. Overall great hotel and highly recommend but we had room specific issues. I wouldn’t choose this kind of room again with my kids.

We’ve just returned from an amazing stay at Regnum Carya as a family, and it truly delivered a high-end, relaxing experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional throughout — professional, attentive and always one step ahead. A special mention to Alparslan (reception) for a smooth and welcoming arrival, and Murat, Sarik and Baris (waiters) who were all outstanding and consistently looked after us during our stay. The resort itself never felt overcrowded, with a real sense of space, privacy and exclusivity. It’s perfectly suited for families, managing to cater for our daughter while still maintaining a calm, luxury atmosphere for adults. Food quality was excellent across the board, and the overall facilities were maintained to a very high standard. Overall, one of the best resorts we’ve stayed in — a perfect balance of luxury, comfort and family-friendly service. We would definitely return.

Wunderschöne Anlage, echtes 5 Sterne Luxushotel am Strand. In vielen Aspekten besser als MaxxRoyal in Belek. Negativ: - laut dem ‚Konzept‘ volles Sommerprogramm ab dem 01.04. Hier waren leider viele Punkte nicht verfügbar (Restaursnts, Strand, Seebrücke, Animation, Wasserpark) - nur begrenztes Angebot für die Kinder und Teenager - sehr hohe Preise im Spa - unfreundliche und teilweise unfähige Mitarbeiter - es kam zu einer Lebensmittelvergiftung (Erbrechen und Durchfall über 2 Tage), meine Bitte ein zweites Zimmer für meine Frau und Tochter zu organisieren (gegen Bezahlung natürlich) wurde abgelehnt da angeblich voll ausgebucht. Total unfähiges Management!

Das Regnum Carya ist ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, das höchsten Luxus und pure Auszeit bietet.Bei unserem ersten Kurztrip als Test hat es uns so sehr überzeugt, dass wir in 10 Tagen wiederkehren und bereits für Juli gebucht haben.Absolut nichts auszusetzen – ein Traum von Resort!

Check-in was not so much friendly. Person from reception said that will call to me when my room will be ready, but no one didn’t call till check-in came are came. In room was not enough some bathroom staff (toot brush was just one in room for two person) other personal in hotel was brilliant, waiters, bartenders and ect.
