전체 평가 및 리뷰 Kimchee Sinchon Guesthouse - Hostel

the staff is nice and friendly, but somehow the room is smells bad and not clean as I experience another kimchee downtown guesthouse, the room has no key lock for the locker and also the bed room, and somehow I found out there's a man come into my room in the middle of the night kinda scary, and also the heater is not working properly so I do freezing at night

Pillow, blanket and bed smell awful and look dirty almost everywhere. Other guests often make some noise at the hallway in the midnight. They don't mind about manner. Maybe this place is not right for me.

when I'm arrived at 17:30 in the hostel I was waiting to someone come to cheek ine about 45min b'coz nobody is there then the oil it's so dirty room bed it's dirty cover bed all so dirty and the smell it's so bad actually they have no any housekeeper to clean room was have some backpacker come to clean in the morning when we are sleeping and so noisy then when I ask them why did you do like this they just laugh and say nothing anyway I never see before in my traveling memories any bad hostel like kimchee hostel it was is terrible,Hotel reception it's rude and in the hotel you can't charge your mobile or your computer b'coz they say you have to buy Adaptor and so many bad think I will never back in this hostel again and will tell to my friends all so don't go...

Valued for money. Near subway + big bus station and near night street (Hongdae). Many restaurants are near by. Don't be scare to starve 😂...

When I came, the man at night shift upgraded room without fee for me. Really thankful.... I will come back if I have chance to visit

Cocok banget buat budget traveler seperti aku. Fasilitasnya oke tapi tidak ada lift saja sih. Cewek solo traveling aman kok kalau menginap sini, dekat dengan halte dan subway, best location!

It's good hotel, cheap and comfortable Hotel staffs very cooperative Nearby hotel, easy find such kind food and drink open 24 hours all the time it's great

Position is quite good not really far from hongik university station exit 4, staffs are nice, this is the second time I stay here and I enjoyed it.

The only inconvenience here was staying in 4th floor while the bath room for women was in 3rd and 5th floor. Time for checking in is a little bit late but we could leave our stuff there until check-in time. Easy to check in and out, friendly receptionist 😊 The dorm is near by Hongdae, just need to walk about 15 mins and we could arrive there. Many store and small restaurant around this area, it's convenient to eat, play, shopping all day long.🤞

Tempat agak susah di cari, exit 6 atau 5 hongik st. Nyebrang dan tempat ternyata di belakang jalan utama, check-in lancar (deposit 6k won buat kunci dan handuk) bisa balik waktu check-out, Tempat tidur dorm tidak ada lift cocok untuk backpacker dan selimut kurang bersih sehingga kaki saya seperti digigit serangga waktu tidur.

I just don't like the vibe. The staff is nice but not being helpful. They don't explain the facilities well. I even found they have shared space on the basement on day 3. They were also busy joking and flirting with another guest or maybe their friends while I was waiting to check in -_- The bathrooms only 2 in my floor so I have to wait quite long to use it

khách sạn gần bến hongik univ exit 7, đi bộ tầm 5-7 phút là tới. trong phòng hơi có mùi (mùi mồ hôi dầu ấy) nhưng mình cũng chỉ thuê để ngủ, còn lại đi cả ngày nên cũng tạm chấp nhận. bên hàn ý thức rất tốt, đồ đạc để không lo mất, cctv mọi nơi, nhưng tốt nhất vẫn mang đồ giá trị theo người. staff nhiệt tình, giờ check in check out hơi lạ đời @@

Tempatnya nyaman bersih pula. Kamarnya bersih juga. Letak sangat strategis. Kamar mandi bersih. Pokoknya recommended banget. Thanks Kimchee.

When I entered the hostel, I got shocked how dirty the hallway to reception is. The luggage room is not any better. The common area looks so dirty also. The room and bathroom is clean. But what really throw me off is the service. One of their staff are really rude, I believe the name is Martin, he's Korean. When you ask a question he looks so pissed off. He won't even make you feel welcome. But worse is he looks so mad even when you ask for necessary questions regarding your room and the hostel. Lol If you only care about the place to sleep and the bathroom you can stay here. But if you care about customer service, Kimchee Sinchon failed so bad in this. Don't stay here if you want to have good vibes stay in Seoul.

ดูดีคร่ะสำหรับคนไม่เรื่องมาก สบายๆชิวๆจร้า ใกล้สถานีรถไฟ

สมกับราคาค่ะ ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ ถ้าชอบเจอผู้คนจากหลากหลายประเทศ กิมจิเหมาะกับคุณค่ะ

I was allowed to check in early (on top of last-minute booking). The location was relatively easy to find and near a bus stop (5 mins) and subway/metro (20-min walk). Clean and you have access to free hot water and coffee/tea pretty much anytime. My only nitpick was I hope the common bathroom downstairs has bigger area to put your stuff on and has better privacy on the shower area in case you’re not alone. Overall, good value for the price.

The location is really goood! close to the station an the bus stop so you can go anywhere with no worries~

ทำเลไม่ดี บรรยากาศน่าอึดอัด รีเซฟชั่นห่วย ถามอะไรก็ชี้ให้อ่านแต่ป้ายทำหน้าพร้อมบวกตลอดเวลา ชั้นไม่แม้แต่จะคิดเข้าไปดูห้องแล้วจ้า เปลี่ยนโรงแรมไปที่อื่นด่วนๆ

I stayed here in 2014 & 2015. This is my 3rd stay. The bathrooms were renovated. The basement remains a happening place. However the rooms are showing its age. The ventilation in room needs improvement in the summer. Suggest the guesthouse could at least provide 1 table fan in each dormitory. No hairdryer in the male toilets is a discrimination.
