아버지의 날을 위한 우리의 전반적인 숙박은 좋았습니다. 우리는 친절하게 맞이받았습니다. 체크인 절차는 순조로웠고 무료로 업그레이드해주었습니다(프런트 오피스의 Jas 덕분입니다). 방 크기는 예약한 방과 같았지만, 가장 눈에 띄는 것은 아마도 도시의 불빛이 보이는 높은 층의 방을 배정받았기 때문에 전망이었을 것입니다. 밤에 정말 좋았습니다. 환영 편의 시설로 과일 접시(사과)가 있었고, 제가 가장 마음에 들었던 것은 방과 호텔 전체의 편의 시설이 깨끗했다는 것입니다. 객실 편의 시설에는 커피 머신, 온수기, 미니바 셋업, 미니 소파와 사무용 의자, 고품질 세면용품이 있는 욕조가 있는 시원한 변기, 일본에서 사용하는 것과 비슷한 하이테크 변기가 있습니다. *윙크*. 온수기도 좋았습니다. 특히 차가운 물에 목욕하는 데 어려움을 겪는 사람에게는요. 샤워 손잡이를 바꿔보려고 했을 때 원하는 온도로 제대로 조절되었습니다. 다른 호텔의 경우 히터가 일반적으로 필요한 온도로 정확히 조절되지 않기 때문입니다. 아침 식사 뷔페는 좋았지만, 제 아이 중 한 명이 거기서 먹은 후에 토해버려서 그렇게 즐기지 못했습니다.(이유는 잘 모르겠네요) 선택지는 여러 가지 있었지만 맛은 괜찮았고, 특별한 건 없었습니다. 저희 숙박 중 가장 기억에 남는 것은 온수 수영장이었습니다. 제 아이들은 수영장을 정말 좋아했고 수영장 크기도 꽤 컸습니다. 아이들을 위한 수영 장비도 제공한다는 점이 좋았습니다. 수영을 정말 즐겼고 저는 재빨리 자쿠지를 시도해 보았지만 저에게는 맞지 않았던 것 같습니다. 사우나와 헬스장도 있습니다(확인할 시간은 없었지만요). 저희가 시도해 본 편의 시설로 판단해 보면, 그곳은 정말 깨끗하고 편안했으며 모든 여행객에게 적합했습니다. 하지만 제가 강조하고 싶은 것은 이 모든 것이 있었음에도 불구하고 여전히 무언가가 부족하다는 것입니다. 서비스가 밋밋했습니다. 저는 사람들이(모두는 아니지만) 환대 자체가 부족하다고 생각합니다. 모든 사람이 웃는 것은 아니고 어떻게 설명해야 할지 모르겠지만, 이것은 확실히 개선할 수 있는 부분입니다.

The roofdeck bar was awesome, everything seemed near — the malls, and gimik places where you can also hang out with friends. Pool can only accommodate 2 so that 's a bummer, but more than anything else, enjoyed my stay.

We’ve already stayed in several Marco Polo hotels in South East asia but this by far is the worst Marco Polo hotel. 1. They couldn't find our booking. 2. Gave us a room upgrade but the switch of the lights won't work in the room they provided 3. No luggage assistance was provided. 4. Was told that we can smoke on the 45th floor, but the guard there gave us an Up and Down look, and said that we were wearing slippers. Berkinstocks are slippers now? Really. 5. Breakfast spread wasn't that extensive compared to other Marco Polo hotels - champorado was dry - longanisa is tasteless - no water available 6. We specifically instructed the following day that when they make up the room, they change the bed sheets, because there were stains on the bed covers even before we checked in the 1st night but too tired to complain. When we got back in the room when we went out the 2nd day, same sheets! 7. Limited parking slot, and they will say you have no choice but to get their valet service. I was skeptical since we have a lot of valuables in the car. But then they provide you with no choice. 8. I’m a Filipino, and I think they treat other nationalities better.

It was a memorable experience to celebrate my daughter’s birthday here at MarcoPolo, they also gave a little surprise gift! We will definitely stay again here soon!

Long lines on the check in and check out counters. Long queues on the elevator, you need to transfer elevators going to the lobby to the Ground Floor to the rooms and to the parking. Breakfast is not even organized and food choices is not ok. Parking is also a problem. You even have to pay the valet service even if you’re a guest.

The whole stay is awesome. Surely we'll come back:)

This is, by far, the best hotel I've booked in. Let me enumerate why. *the staff are courteous, accommodating, and charming. *the rooms are wow. *the bed and pillows are very comfortable. *the amenities are superb. *above all, what won my heart was this: during my booking, I requested a one-stem rose for my friend who'll be staying with me. (it's like a birthday token for her.) upon check out, the last (*but definitely not the least!) agenda of the staff who was attending to me was to let me call my friend to come over to the reception area. And so I called her and brought her to the staff. There, they greeted her a happy birthday and handed her a paper bag with a cute marco polo teddy bear. It was so sweet of them! 💕 we were so kilig-delighted with their gesture. 😍 I will definitely come back here. 😊

Very nice and friendly hotel staff, clean room and very prompt when we ask for things like extra toiletries and high chair for our baby.
