I had a wonderful experience to mention; I had a wonderful experience to mention: breakfast was included in my stay, but I paid with my credit card MY MISTAKE on my first day. (Just extended the card and paid 😕) The next morning, I mentioned it to the person in charge of the Restaurant, his name is Steve He immediately apologize and said that he would take care of it and the credit show up in my credit card within 48 hours. Wonderful Customer Service; fast turnaround on results!! MY KIND OF HOTEL !!

Excelente suíte, muito espaçosa. Pessoal muito atencioso. Localização ok, não tem vista ms o local é de fácil acesso para tudo. Silencioso. Restaurantes próximos.

The room was clean spacious and had good extras.

The room it self. For the price paid we were expecting more. Including extra towels, extra bed cloating and pillows. It was a party of 5, and basic stuff was not available

The service was excellent. From check in with Havier to food service, everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Special mention of Steven restaurant manager and Roberto our server. Enjoyed our stay at the Novotel Panamá City

The service received by my friends and I was excellent! I have to mention Roberto, Javier and Steven. They were efficient and delivered service with a smile, always. Steven was exceptional! Thank you for helping to make our vacation a memorial one.
