너무 좁고, 냄새가 많이 났음. 주차문제가 불편했음.

주차공간 비좁음.객실 좁고 담배 냄새 등 불쾌. 난방시설 소리로 인해 수면불가. 침구 수준 낮음. 침구 냄새 불쾌함. 화장실은 깔끔한편. 주위가 너무 허름하고 편의시설 없음. 가격은 저렴했으나 객실상태가 너무 안좋아 비추천

Light in bathroom doesn’t work. This motel is very old

The building was very old. No people (except wondering maid cleaning rooms). Check-in was all virtual video (nobody at front desk). Which was odd (scanning license, typing email info into a kiosk). Just unwelcoming. Area had lots of drifters. Parking was open to them but office always locked. No people.

Average hotel. Hotels on Expedia should be forced to state whether there is a live person for check in or not. No live person here. A video check in.

Lived the weather and drive was nice. This hotel is very very outdated and while room was clean the carpets and bedding needs to be replaced/ updated. Corridors had dead plants. I could tell this was a cute hotel 50 years ago.

Check in was confusing, but everything else was acceptable.

Well first of all my truck was broken into but I stopped the girl breaking into my truck so if you go to this property you have to park at your own risk because they don’t have security on site

We just can not recommend this place to stay. We have stayed there before and it was not as bad as this time. Maintenance everyone is definitely needed. Shower leaks on floor, had duct tape to help? Ceiling fan/light just about falling off and very loud. Overall, everything very worn out.

Overcharged! Their site states that ervice dogs stay free, otherwise a $15 per day fee applies, so instead they diidnt ask if it was a service dog and then charged me $20 per nite extra. Thats false advertising and bait-and-switch taxtics. I asked to be refunded after i saw the charge bit they refused. All rooms are on 2nd story. Thin walls si its noisy at night. Lots of homeless around the hotel. No place to eat for several blocks. Downtown too far to walk to. Shower door did not stay closed. Bath sink was missing the stopper. Bath fan very loud. Check in was awkward since there was an ATM style machine instead of a live human being and ckmmunication was difficult. This place was cheap for a good reason.

Not bad for a night long stay, but need new beds!!! Hard and cheap! Everything else was just fine though.

The place doesn't have any staff on site. They have a virtual hostess on a zoom call in the lobby. We had issues with our reservation through Expedia and the woman on the Zoom call was no help at all. The area was sketchy and unappealing. You' be better off spending your money elsewhere and receive actual service.

Liked that you could walk to all the activities that were there. And all the restaurants. WE DIDN'T LIKE ALL THE NOISY ROOMS

shower inoperative (no water). screw loose on bathroom threshold caught my foot. two double beds in room too small. kiosk check out a disaster.

It was clean, but we weren't told that there was a fee to use the EV charger until we were literally walking out the door to check out.

There was no reception person. We were checked by a woman on a computer. There is no onsite staff. The motel is very run down and the neighborhood is dangerous. We are stunned that Expedia gave this 4 stars.
